"As expected of the hotel featured in the movie "Detective Conan," the location and environment are indeed excellent. I heard about this hotel because of "Detective Conan" and decided to try it out during my trip to Malta. Located near the Three Cities of Birgu, the hotel is conveniently located with small boats and public ferries to Valletta. Staying here allows you to experience the atmosphere of the old town, which I personally found more immersive than staying in a five-star hotel. The staff were all incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious! The only thing that surprised me was that one night the water heater suddenly broke down. Repairing it would take several hours, or even longer, and in the end, I had to boil water to shower and wash my hair. This is something I haven't experienced in a hotel of this caliber in a long time. The next day, they gave us an apology letter and a complimentary drink."

"Location is excellent, just a couple of minutes away from the ferry boats to Valletta and a number of good restaurants at a stone throw away. Yet it is quiet and away from the noises. As you are so close to the waterfront, it is a joy to jog or stroll in the early morning or late evening. You can access the roof top through ancient circular staircases for a panoramic view of the city. If you have heavy luggages and weak knees, then it is a challenge to carry it up to the top floor. Breakfast is nice and sufficient, not lavish."

"A small boutique hotel in an historic suburb of Valetta, a 10 min ferry ride from Valetta. Well refurbished town house with lots of art and attention to detail. Lots of stairs but also a lift. Would particularly like to thank Sean the house manager for his care and attention, and advice on restaurants and local events. Good continental breakfast, tailor made with variations over our stay. Roof terrace with honesty bar. Lovely place."

"Centrally located in Senglea, it is convenient to visit around The Three Cities and Valetta. This was a wonderful home base for five days. Marionella and staff are warm and helpful. The boutique has been beautifully renovated with gorgeous marble staircases and tile floors. Our continental breakfast was superb each morning. Highly recommend."
