"Highly recommend this hotel! The location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The rooms are clean and spacious, newly renovated, and fully equipped. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly. The service was warm and attentive; check-in was efficient and considerate. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and free parking was a huge convenience. Overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations. It's excellent value for money. Staying here in Shache is definitely the right choice, and I'll choose it again next time!"

Atour Hotel (Yingbin Road, Shache People's Government)

"I chose this Atour for my self-guided trip. The facilities and service were actually excellent, but the phrase "smart toilet" left a bitter taste. I booked this hotel because they advertised "every room has a smart toilet." However, this "smart toilet" only had two features: seat heating and automatic flushing when the lid closes. All the core functions of a smart toilet, such as sensing, washing, and drying, were completely missing. It was more like a regular toilet with basic seat heating. The word "smart" simply doesn't apply. I brought this up with the hotel immediately. Their response regarding the service was very satisfying – they proactively sent fruit and wet wipes, without any excuses or bad attitudes. Atour genuinely excels in this aspect. There were no other complaints about the stay itself. The bed firmness was just right, soundproofing was good, hygiene was excellent, and the facilities and Wi-Fi all worked smoothly. I had a very restful night – completely up to Atour's usual standards. If I weren't nitpicking about the "smart toilet" advertisement, I would have given it 5 stars. Currently, I'm giving it 4 stars, with that one missing star due to the discrepancy in advertising. I suggest the hotel either install truly multi-functional products or accurately update the booking page description – for example, "equipped with a heated toilet seat." The word "smart" does not accurately reflect its current actual functions, and guests excitedly booking only to find a huge difference upon arrival truly impacts trust. I'll stay here again next time I drive to Shache, but I hope the booking page description will have been updated by then."

GreenTree Inn Hotel (Shache Lvcheng Times Square Branch)

"The hotel has a great location with parking in front and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. A short walk to the right after exiting the hotel is a brightly lit food street lined with restaurants. The must-try Muqam Hometown Restaurant is only 1 kilometer away; the roasted pigeon there is delicious, I ate it two days in a row. The hotel breakfast is also good; it's a top choice for visiting Shache."

Vienna Hotel (Shache Branch, Kashgar Prefecture)

"Environment: Located in the bustling city center, the only downside is the constant yellow sand. Service: Excellent service, a wide variety of delicious breakfast options. Facilities: The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area. The toilet is modern and the facilities are complete. Cleanliness: Spotless and pristine."

"Terrible Experience! Shache Kyriad Hotel: Major Safety Hazards, Unscrupulous Service, and Absolutely No Bounds! Our family stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster. We strongly advise all families with children and guests prioritizing rest to avoid this hotel! 1. Fatal Safety Hazard: Child Injured and No One Takes Responsibility In all three rooms we stayed in, the bed legs were equipped with sliding ball joints, lacking any safety locks or warnings. The beds would easily slip and fall, causing our child to fall and get injured! After the incident, the hotel manager completely avoided us, refusing to show up, make any calls, or address the issue. They offered no comfort whatsoever, displaying an extremely cold and indifferent attitude! Subsequent communications were filled with lies, evasive tactics, and even blamed the parents for inadequate supervision. They refused to pay a single penny for medical expenses or a room discount. We only received compensation through Ctrip ourselves. The hotel showed absolutely no responsibility! 2. Extremely poor hygiene; the room was never cleaned. The room floor was clearly uncleaned upon check-in, with dust and stains everywhere. Basic hygiene was neglected, making it completely unworthy of being called a brand-name hotel! 3. Construction noise was extremely disturbing, making it impossible to rest. The hotel window overlooked a construction site. Cranes and mixers roared from afternoon until 8 PM, and then started work again promptly at 8 AM. In Xinjiang, people don't start work until 9:30 AM. My family and I were completely unable to rest due to the noise, and the hotel ignored it and took no action whatsoever!"
