The room was very cozy, bright, with good natural light, and fully equipped. They offer laundry service, a gym, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The valet laundry service was very convenient, and breakfast was rich and varied. Overall, it was great. I'll choose Orange Crystal again next time; it was a wonderful stay! [smiley face]

I had a layover in Chengdu before heading off to a warmer place for the winter, so I looked for a hotel close to the airport. The room was generally clean, the location was super convenient for getting around, and the service was excellent. The facilities were comprehensive, and transportation was easily accessible. I usually have high standards for hotels, but this one fully met my expectations. It truly lives up to the saying 'you get what you pay for' – definitely worth every penny.

The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway. All the amenities like the air conditioning, hot water, and TV worked perfectly, and the disposable toiletries were well-stocked. The service was impeccable; any requests to housekeeping were promptly addressed. The overall atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. It's suitable for both couples and solo travelers. For the same price point, the quality here is far superior. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!

I booked an 'internal window' room, which was a very strange experience. While the front desk did mention it when I checked in, I didn't quite grasp what that meant at the time. After checking in, I was truly shocked – an 'internal window' essentially means no window at all! I have no idea why they designed it with this bizarre, sci-fi-movie-observatory-like 'lightwell' in the middle. Sometimes I felt like I was starring in an episode of Black Mirror. Adding to the strangeness, the secret door to this room's lightwell is located in the hallway. I personally checked, and you can open it just by pressing it, no key needed. So, if you stay here, remember to keep your 'window' (whether it's there or not, it makes no difference) securely closed at night, otherwise, it feels incredibly unsafe. You really don't want to be tossing and turning, imagining someone walking through a hidden hallway door into the lightwell and peering at you while you sleep, right? The room itself was clean, but because there was no actual window, it inevitably had that stuffy, damp smell that comes from a long-sealed space. Overall, the design of this room is just inexplicable. For those who are sensitive to such things, please be sure to avoid what they call an 'internal window room'.

Due to a last-minute flight change, I had to stay overnight in Chengdu. After looking around, this hotel was the best choice. It's right next to Chengdu South Railway Station, and literally across the street from Metro Line 18's exit, which is incredibly convenient. Getting to and from the airport was a breeze, and it's not far to get into the city center either. Although the hotel isn't brand new, it's very clean and well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. It really is an excellent choice.

The TV, movies, and all entertainment must use WeChat to scan and pay. I do not have WeChat, so there is no entertainment after going back to the hotel. The hotel should share which train station to stop at and transit from. I thought the hotel is located at the main railway station.... The young male lobby counter staff was friendly compared to the young female staff. The luggage storing service is free. However, there is no washroom provided after checkout. I walked from the subway about 20 minutes to collect my luggage and was told no washroom provided

I was very satisfied with my stay at Atour this time. The hotel's location is excellent, with several shopping malls nearby for a bit of browsing. It's also quite convenient to get to the South Railway Station by car. The room facilities are new and very clean, and the staff were all very warm, thoughtful, and attentive!

The room facilities are decent, and there's a RT-Mart supermarket right across from the hotel. A few more shopping malls are located to the east. The South Railway Station metro stop is only a few hundred meters away, making both transportation and shopping very convenient. The breakfast, however, was just average.

The front desk service was excellent; the staff were friendly, efficient, and always went the extra mile for guests. The hotel was clean, offered great value for money, and I highly recommend it to travelers. It's conveniently located with easy access, and the rooms are clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The e-sports equipment configuration is very high, the display quality is clear, the key and mouse feel comfortable, and the network speed is stable and not stuck. The room is clean and tidy, the service responds quickly, the price is very high, and I will choose to stay next time!
