"I stayed here for three days and gave a good review. The overall hotel is okay. The communication skills at the front desk need to be improved. The male front desk person waited for me to check in for more than 7 minutes and carried a very heavy luggage. He told me to wait but did not tell me the reason for leaving it there. Standing there (the most dissatisfactory part), a room card passed by two people and was handed to me in a very dirty and torn room card holder. I praised the service of the waiter in the restaurant for being great. The breakfast in the hotel was terrible. The overall standard of the hotel does not match. Overall, it is okay. If the front desk service can be improved, I will be very satisfied with this stay."
