"The hospitality was incredibly attentive, and I was able to relax and enjoy my meal! Thank you so much. Personally, what impressed me the most was the meal. It was my first time having a medicinal cuisine course (in a good way!), and I was deeply moved to have such a wonderful culinary experience in Shinshiro, a city in Aichi Prefecture that's quite different from Nagoya. It might not be a place that people often choose as a travel destination, but I highly recommend everyone visit!"

"I was surprised to find a Japanese-style room (you sleep on tatami mats), but the air conditioning was working well and it was cool. The toilets and bathrooms are Western-style. There is a large communal bath on the 6th floor. The changing rooms were also air-conditioned, which was great! I was looking for a cheap hotel on Google Maps and found this one. There is a Chosei Udon restaurant nearby, which was delicious. There is a covered bicycle parking lot, and although I was lucky enough to park there, I wonder how it would be during long holidays? It looks like it can only accommodate three bikes."

"An absolutely stunning old building (relocated from its original home in Toyama, apparently), great service and decent baths make for a very pleasant stay. Dining was good without being amazing, but was certainly enough to leave us satisfied. Lovely area for a morning stroll along the river."
