E.g. we couldn't use the AC for free during the day, when checking in the staff was sitting behind a curtain somewhere which I only discovered after a while (not very welcoming when you just had a long trip), they also didn't provide any information on what to do in the area. I think there could've also been more bathrooms for the amount of travellers. Moreover, I would've appreciated curtains on the beds for some more privacy. The hostel is in a nice area and I also appreciated the common areas."
