"I didn't expect such a great hotel in Mohe! It's very new, clean, and the service is excellent. This was our first time visiting Mohe, and we thought the hotel conditions would be pretty basic, but as soon as we stepped inside, we found it had a very modern design style."

"First of all, a huge thank you to the owner for saving us a room. I wanted to stay on the first floor, but it showed as unavailable on Ctrip. I tried messaging the owner through the backend, and they arranged a first-floor room for us, so we didn't have to carry our small dog up the stairs. Also, the shower is a wet/dry separation, and you can charge your car right outside the door. Although the room was a bit small, the owner said we could arrange it ourselves. There's a restaurant right across the street and a supermarket nearby, and it's very close to the market. A very convenient hotel overall."

"The place was spotlessly clean, and its location is excellent – very close to the shopping mall and Seven Star Square, which is also a hub for sightseeing buses. The interior decor is thoughtfully detailed and has a wonderful artistic flair; the entire place felt fresh and beautifully designed. They provide guests with a really handy sightseeing map – other tourists were even asking where I got mine! I accidentally misplaced it, and the front desk staff immediately gave me a new one. "It is indeed a satisfaction beyond expectations. The homestay is in the Arctic Village Scenic Area. The room I can find is either a very homestay or a very expensive hotel. And the house is on the edge of the village. At night, we sleep with the window open. It is very quiet at night. ▶ Although I personally would prefer to provide towels, disposable towels are still more practical for some people. ❗ The quality of disposable slippers is very good, it is the best at present. ▶ unlimited mineral water! ! ! Ask the boss for it, give it generously. (There are many hotels that will care about this small thing, so you must boast about it without limit.) ▶ The kettle is clean, and I make warm stomach tea before going to bed at night. ▶ Breakfast is hot! ! ! All the hotels I have stayed in can't do the buffet breakfast. Although there are not many varieties, I eat comfortably. ▶ The boss, the proprietress and the aunt are very kind, like relatives who come here. No crowds, no traffic jams, just vibrant autumn foliage, bare white birch trunks standing tall and straight amidst the woods, and a lake as calm as a mirror, reflecting picturesque scenery. Staying here, the moment you open your eyes, the moment you step out, you're living in a painting, and that painting stays with you. Needless to say, the rooms were clean and hygienic. We booked different room types for our two-day stay, and each offered a unique view. The wide, floor-to-ceiling windows in the loft were absolutely stunning – I could have stared out of them for ages. The service was incredibly warm, and the amenities were comprehensive. The staff were enthusiastically helpful without being overbearing, the chartered driver was reliable, and the travel itinerary was thoughtfully planned. We even tried an electric-assist family bike for the first time. Plus, there were thoughtful souvenirs, exquisite and delicious breakfasts, unexpectedly tasty snacks, and a concert in the evening... Isn't this exactly what a vacation should be like?"

The log cabin style combined with warm yellow lighting created an amazing Nordic fairytale ambiance. What was most heartwarming was the staff's service; from front desk check-in to helping with luggage, everyone was super enthusiastic and attentive. "The first time I went to Mohe, I chose to stay in Beihong Village. I read everyone’s detailed comments and the boss’s heart-warming reply. I chose to stay at the Hourlight Family Hotel for 2 nights. The hotel customer service lady is very enthusiastic and the planning route is clear. When we checked in, we planned to go back and forth in the Arctic Village on the same day. After we arrived at the Arctic Village, we wanted to play for another day. The hotel did not check out. I tried to call the customer service lady and see the two rooms. Can we leave one room? Miss sister asked us, are you not coming back? I said yes. Miss sister said that I will help you pack your luggage and store it. You don't need to keep one. When you come back, you can check it and take it directly. It is really warm and consider for us. In fact, even if one room is not refunded, it is reasonable. Back from the Arctic Village, we chose to continue to stay all the way north. The front desk lady also arranged a taxi for us to take us to the airport and informed the price.
