"I booked a single room. It was larger than expected and I was very satisfied. The staff are very warm and friendly and happy to help you solve your problems. The location is a bit remote, and you basically need to take a car to get out. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the central square."

"Right by the train station, super convenient! They even let me check in at 11 AM and stored my luggage for free. The staff were all really friendly. They helped me with my takeout order, and when I checked out, one staff member chatted with me, saying he'd been to Shanghai and planned to visit Beijing next. When I came back for my luggage, a female staff member saw I was struggling a bit and heading for the accessible ramp, but she just grabbed my bag and carried it down for me. 🤠 The single room was small, just like in the pictures. The only downside was the soundproofing wasn't great, but for the price, it was excellent value for money. Parking was also convenient right next door, though a bit pricey at 30 Euros a night."

"We loved this hotel for its location, convenience, cleanliness and the wonderful room. The staff was well trained and helped us with all our requests. The room had great amenities and was spacious. The quality of the breakfast buffet was about average. Most of the hotels in Italy don’t focus much on making various types of eggs(boiled and scrambled) still, they have good choices and even a pancake maker machine. It was fun to prepare them. "I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel this past July for almost a week with the recommendation of Enrique. When I first arrived along with my husband, the people at the front of the door helped open the door. Checking in was very smooth with the help of the manager in the front (Laura). We were easily checked in and escorted upstairs to our room within a matter of minutes. Room was great with a nice patio overlooking a section of the Arno River. The location of the hotel is very nice as it is walking distance to the River. I even walked there during sunset hour. It is beautiful. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast buffet. In my opinion, it is better than the ones in America. The food was delicious. It was nice to try the coffee with their coffee machines. Might I add, not all hotels offer a juicer. While traveling, it can be hard to stay healthy so that juicer was very nice. The room was well air conditioned. It was well kept. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job keeping the room tidy. It was nice coming back to a cool room. Also, I forget the name of the young lady bartender... she was very nice and accommodating. The front desk even helped call the taxis when necessary since we're not from there. The lobby was also a nice place just to relax and cool down while waiting for a ride or just lounging. Would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again."

"The hotel left me with mixed feelings. When choosing a hotel, I was primarily concerned with its proximity to the train station (as I had a very late arrival), late check-in (not self-service), and a high hotel rating (seovis, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, etc.). In terms of price, I paid extra for the rating; even for Florence, over 230 euros per night is above average. Initially, I felt the service was very high: they wrote to me in advance and said they would accommodate my room preferences, and then they responded to my questions quite quickly. We arrived at the hotel at midnight and checked in quickly. The room was small but clean. There were robes and slippers, but there was no complimentary bottle of water (only a minibar, which was available for a fee) or kettle. The bathroom had body lotion, but no hair conditioner. The shower system is also very inconvenient: it turns on directly from the overhead shower, forcing you to freeze and quickly change the shower because the cabin is small and there's nowhere to go. Breakfast also seemed strange: on the one hand, there were delicious and varied cold meats, cheeses, fruits, and even salmon once; on the other, there were absolutely no vegetables: frozen cucumbers and bruised tomatoes. I brought my own salad on the second day. The hotel also has a tea corner (maybe that's why they don't consider it necessary to put a kettle in the room), but many times I didn't use it, either the water was cold or the kettles were completely empty. Overall, the staff is very friendly and attentive, but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again for this price. If it weren't for the late arrival, I would have chosen a location closer to the main attractions. The hotel is at least a 25-30-minute walk from the station to everything."

"I am completely satisfied! There is a welcome drink and two bottles of water, and you can also get water in the public area. The grilled chicken breast during breakfast was really delicious. It was warm and overall it was good."

"Me and my partner stayed 3 nights in the hotel, we had forgotten a travel adapter and the staff were so kind and gave one to us. The staff all went above and beyond especially the receptionist Valentina. Breakfast was great, just what you need to start the day. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. It was extremely convenient to walk from the hotel to everywhere in Florence, and right next to Santa Maria Novella station. We visited in December and were happy to have hearing in the room. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay."

"The place is lovely with overseeing a museum.The surrouding area is really out of a romance movie.Although we had an incident trust me the host Francesca is one of the most gracious,honest,responsible and lovely lady who handle her business with her life.This is her pride and joy.There's an old world charm to her place.We will be back to support her when we come over to florence again.Miss Francesca we want to request to play with your cats when we come over okay.We love you and your place.See u soonest arriverderci!!!!"
