"The location is very good, just a four-minute walk from Florence, there is a tram downstairs. For people who are so quiet, there may be shortcomings, but for those who are afraid that the environment is too quiet, the traffic sound is reassuring. It is very convenient to walk to the main attractions and there are many restaurants around. The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff are friendly and the accommodation is reassuring. The mini bar in the room is free, although the drinks will not be replenished, but it is also satisfactory. The only downside of the hotel is that the bathroom is relatively small."

"Everything was very good and comfortable. The location is close to the train station and all the main attractions. Given its proximity to the station, the noise level at night was as expected – not a surprise for me and acceptable. Breakfast, though seemingly modest at first glance, was always delicious with enough dishes for my taste (yogurt with candied fruit, whole-grain croissant, scrambled eggs, coffee, and fruit). Everything was fresh and pleasant. The room wasn't new, but it was clean everywhere, which is more important to me; the cleaning service was good. The staff were friendly, ready to chat (even in my native language, which is rare) or leave you be – they are very perceptive to guests' moods. Thank you for your service!"

"We had a wonderful stay at c-hotels Ambasciatori and would especially like to thank Marcel at the reception for his excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel location is fantastic — only a 2-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient for travellers. There are also plenty of restaurants around the hotel with many choices to enjoy, and a convenience store just behind the hotel which was very handy. Another great point is that most of the main landmarks are within walking distance, so it was easy to explore the city. The only area that could be improved is the lighting in the room, as we found it a little too dark. Aside from that, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay again."

"It was a real pleasure for us to be guests of this incredible hotel! I put the high rating first and foremost because of the great treatment we received upon check-in. Personally escorted and accommodated by the kind gentleman at the reception, we received all the details for our stay and a willingness for constant support. I am delighted with the service and cleaning of the rooms - every detail was taken care of. The breakfast is delicious, rich enough for every taste. There are also fresh juices for detox. I am in love with the toiletries in the bathroom - such high quality and wonderful scent. I am impressed with the hotel's branding on all the extras for guests - the bathroom slippers, hangers, toilet paper, etc. Everything is tastefully done and meets the highest requirements and criteria. The lobby bar staff is also very friendly. The location was convenient for us, a room with a view of the river and a balcony - a great view, fresh air and pleasant silence. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect balance between high quality of service, location and price. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are guests of the city. "I booked a single room. It was larger than expected and I was very satisfied. The staff are very warm and friendly and happy to help you solve your problems. The location is a bit remote, and you basically need to take a car to get out. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the central square."

"The hotel is located ~15 min from both Firenze SMN station and the Florence old town. The room is clean and modern with a modern TV. Check-in process is smooth and welcoming. They have a waiting room next to the lobby which also is a luggage storage room for you to conveniently drop-off your belongings before 3pm. The only complaints are that my toilet door handle was dislodged somehow. And also that the double bed has a lining in the middle so you can only sleep on one side - perfect for couples but less ideal for solo travellers."

"Very recommended this small and beautiful hotel! The location is excellent, the train station is about 10 minutes walk away, the navigation directly searches the perfume store next to the 'New Virgin Mary Church', and the hotel is next door. Although the building is a traditional old Florence house, the interior is modern and comfortable, especially the air conditioning. We live on the first floor (the same floor at the front desk), the room is very quiet and the sound insulation is beyond expectations. Breakfast is an exquisite ordering system, although the category is not luxurious but enough to meet the needs of the morning. The most plus point is the friendly service and a sense of peace of mind to live in a friend's house. Next time I come to Florence, this must be my first choice."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, less than a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria train station. Since Florence itself is relatively small, most attractions are within a 20-minute walk. The apartment building where the hotel is located appears to be somewhat old, but the hotel itself was recently renovated with high-quality materials and a first-class experience. Furthermore, I must commend the hotel front desk staff; they were attentive, responsible, and patiently explained everything. They processed my request for an extra room in the early morning very quickly, for which I am extremely grateful."

"We walked directly from the train station to the hotel, and it wasn't far at all. The hotel is very close to the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), to the point where you can see it as soon as you step outside. The surrounding area is very convenient, with supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. You need to use a key card to enter the hotel lobby, and the area feels quite safe. Florence isn't a very large city, so most major attractions are within walking distance. The downside is that the room was a bit small; we could only keep our suitcase by the door and couldn't leave it fully open. Breakfast was pretty standard: bread, bacon, yogurt, milk, and juice."
