"This hotel was a very reliable choice for our off-season trip to Florence. I booked it just three days before we left, without much planning, simply searching for 'city center,' and I was thoroughly impressed. Here's why I recommend it: 1. **Excellent Breakfast**: The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of breads, fruits, hams, and cheeses. I particularly enjoyed the mushrooms โ€“ a great way to start the day! 2. **Great Room**: The room was new, spacious, and very clean. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, and they even provided slippers and heating. It was truly comfortable! 3. **Wonderful Service**: The front desk staff were not only handsome but also incredibly helpful. There was even someone dedicated to assisting with luggage. 4. **Fantastic Location for Food**: Right outside the hotel was my absolute favorite restaurant from the trip, called CIROโ€ฆ. What made it even better was that it was so close and surprisingly free of Korean tourists, which I loved! Plus, there are a few Chinese restaurants on the same street, which is a bonus if you enjoy Chinese food. 5. **Minor Drawback (but with a silver lining)**: The only slight downside is that it's about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. It's not too far, but with luggage, navigating the uneven cobblestone streets can be a bit challenging. On the flip side, being further from the station means less noise. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!!!"

"It was a real pleasure for us to be guests of this incredible hotel! I put the high rating first and foremost because of the great treatment we received upon check-in. Personally escorted and accommodated by the kind gentleman at the reception, we received all the details for our stay and a willingness for constant support. I am delighted with the service and cleaning of the rooms - every detail was taken care of. The breakfast is delicious, rich enough for every taste. There are also fresh juices for detox. I am in love with the toiletries in the bathroom - such high quality and wonderful scent. I am impressed with the hotel's branding on all the extras for guests - the bathroom slippers, hangers, toilet paper, etc. Everything is tastefully done and meets the highest requirements and criteria. The lobby bar staff is also very friendly. The location was convenient for us, a room with a view of the river and a balcony - a great view, fresh air and pleasant silence. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect balance between high quality of service, location and price. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are guests of the city. "The hotel boasts an excellent location, with a bus stop right outside, a large supermarket directly behind it, and a Chinese supermarket next door, making shopping incredibly convenient. Free parking is available, though the parking lot is quite small. While the facilities are a bit dated, the hotel was spotless. Upon arriving around 11 AM, we were pleasantly surprised to be checked in immediately. The lobby is very spacious. However, after a two-night stay, I did inexplicably find two insect bites on my body, though I can't be certain they occurred at the hotel."

"Right by the train station, super convenient! They even let me check in at 11 AM and stored my luggage for free. The staff were all really friendly. They helped me with my takeout order, and when I checked out, one staff member chatted with me, saying he'd been to Shanghai and planned to visit Beijing next. When I came back for my luggage, a female staff member saw I was struggling a bit and heading for the accessible ramp, but she just grabbed my bag and carried it down for me. ๐Ÿค  The single room was small, just like in the pictures. The only downside was the soundproofing wasn't great, but for the price, it was excellent value for money. Parking was also convenient right next door, though a bit pricey at 30 Euros a night."

"I booked a single room. It was larger than expected and I was very satisfied. The staff are very warm and friendly and happy to help you solve your problems. The location is a bit remote, and you basically need to take a car to get out. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the central square."

"Everything was very good and comfortable. The location is close to the train station and all the main attractions. Given its proximity to the station, the noise level at night was as expected โ€“ not a surprise for me and acceptable. Breakfast, though seemingly modest at first glance, was always delicious with enough dishes for my taste (yogurt with candied fruit, whole-grain croissant, scrambled eggs, coffee, and fruit). Everything was fresh and pleasant. The room wasn't new, but it was clean everywhere, which is more important to me; the cleaning service was good. The staff were friendly, ready to chat (even in my native language, which is rare) or leave you be โ€“ they are very perceptive to guests' moods. Thank you for your service!"

"The room is very spacious, but maybe because it is an old building without much re-planning, the soundproofing is a bit poor, and you can hear the sound from the next room, and there is a restaurant downstairs, where there is a lot of music and entertainment every night...The restaurant will be prepared very early, It will be noisy, so it is easy to wake up...not recommended.. Also, I always smell the old smell... If you have a sensitive nose... I don't recommend it. But you can see the square scene from the room, which is good, and the water pressure in the shower is strong enough! After a long day of travel, itโ€™s nice to take a shower!"
