Phuket Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"The hotel is a bit of a walk from the airport, about 20 minutes. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby, which is quite convenient. The front desk has Thai staff who speak Chinese, and after check-in, someone personally escorts you to your room. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the room itself is generally clean and tidy. The sheets, bedding, and towels all had a noticeable fragrance. They provide shower gel and shampoo, but no toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers, so you'll need to bring your own. The bathtub in the bathroom doesn't have a curtain, so water splashes out when you shower, leaving a large wet area around the toilet. I stayed for several days and found it to be decent overall."

"Good service staff, clean room, 5 minutes from the bus station, located in Rassada, the center of Phuket, 30 minutes from the airport. You can rent a car near the shop to continue your trip."

"The room was decent and met standard expectations. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. I booked with breakfast, but the options were quite limited. Guests have to choose one item from a small menu per person, with choices like congee, instant noodles, or toast. This might not be sufficient for some guests. One area for improvement would be to renovate the room's flooring, as the tiles were loose with noticeable gaps."

"The hotel is located near Central shopping mall, with a 7-Eleven right in front. The room looks new and clean, the bed is soft, and the atmosphere is peaceful. The staff were very helpful, providing information, advice, and other assistance excellently. However, the parking spaces were insufficient. If you return late at night, the parking lot is usually full, and you have to park outside along the road. There was an incident where my car tire was punctured by a nail, but the staff kindly helped contact a mechanic to fix it. I received very good assistance. During my stay, I didn’t use the hotel’s restaurant or facilities since I had to leave early in the morning to watch the shrine parade and came back late at night, so I have no comments on those parts."

"Room itself was great, and Id come back again at the price. But ay attention to the reviews....this place is not the typical Phuket experience - it's very isolated, far from the beaches, very limited options for food and supplies in the locality. I was expecting it to be out of the way and it's what I wanted, but I did see some guests who seemed disappointed at how out of the way it was - seems they didn't do even a cursory check of the location and the reviews talking about it!?"

"Location: just a 10-minute walk from the airport — perfect if you’ve just arrived tired or have an early flight. Wonderful staff — Zin, Jakon, Lyon, Nop 🫶🏻 thank you for your hospitality! It was my first time staying in a hostel, and to my surprise, I really enjoyed it. Clean, comfortable, and the pool is lovely and well-maintained. By the way if you ride a bike so it’s about 20 minutes away from beautiful beaches (banana beach and naithan beach ) 🌊🏖️☀️🏝️🌊"

"The room was great, clean and spacious, and the facilities were decent, meeting basic needs. It faced the road, so there was a bit of noise at night, but it didn't bother my sleep. The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. When booking a Grab, the pickup location wasn't ideal; the first driver couldn't find the correct route on the map and didn't arrive on time. The second driver found it. If you're taking a long-distance ride to the airport bus station, make sure to allow enough time."

"Overall stay was fine, but definitely it’s not a real 5*, solid 4*. Rooms are big and clean, location is very Nai Yang central, everything is just few steps away. Staff is polite and helpful. This hotel is ok for couple of nights stay, but I wouldn’t spend here my full vacation. Hotel shape makes territory very narrow and boring. On negative side. Many small things are not convenient in this hotel. Beds are very hard and bed linen quality is for sure not a 5* level. Air condition in room is extremely strong, we both got sick after first night, sore throat, even I put 23-24° with low fan, but inside room was always extremely cold, I had to switch it off completely from time to time. Maybe because hotel is quite new and aircon system works well, I don’t know. Amenities are placed weird and not convenient at all, you have teapot inside small closet but no electricity socket around, so I had to bring it to bathroom to boil water. Luggage shelve and wardrobe in Deluxe rooms are located inside bathroom! Also big problem with water in shower, you have to wait for hot water and also water pressure is changing all time, can be weak with cold water and then suddenly strong and adding hot, so taking shower isn’t too comfortable. Pools are not convenient, small, almost no area for sun-beds, no trees. We were given a room facing a small side street with cafes and bars, loud music (with low bass) until 3 am from a bar didn’t let me sleep, because it was super loud and disturbing, windows are not good soundproof too. Next day we asked to change the room and staff helped with this and we were given upgrade in another building, room was much bigger. I saw another couple also moving same day, seems like because of same reason. Flooring material in rooms is also very cheap, first time in my life I saw linoleum in 5*. Also first time I saw they will charge you with fine for mangosteen in room, usually only durian. Breakfast is quite good, plenty of choices, good coffee machine, but no tea selection, just a common used teapot with black teabag inside. When I asked for one camomile tea bag for me (because they put it in the room too), I was told they don’t have and tea is only what is on table. Bakery is awful, cheap quality. Fruit choice was good. Even I support smoking free policy in hotel public areas, but they don’t allow to smoke on room balcony too, for me it is annoying and not customer friendly, they have few designated smoking areas on territory."

"The hotel is located in an alley with limited parking. Security is good. You have to use a key card to open the door before going up to the room. The hotel has an elevator. It is near a food source. 7-Eleven delivers."

Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication made my stay truly enjoyable and memorable. I really enjoyed my stay and especially my room is seafront and unblock view , the room is literally directly in front of the ocean view. , can near the sound of the waves from your room, loving every minute of balcony view. Jacuzzi was a bonus and it made you feel so comfortable after a long day of walk . Elle has been exceptionally attentive and prompt in replying to all my emails. She handled every request efficiently and always provided thoughtful solutions. Her professionalism and problem-solving attitude gave me great confidence before and during my stay. Pa, the Reception Manager, was equally impressive. She was at the front desk during my check-in and also responded quickly to my live chat messages through the Zenmaya app. Every request I made was immediately attended to under her careful supervision. Her attention to detail and proactive approach are truly commendable. Puy, the Housekeeper, did a fantastic job maintaining my room. Everything was always tidy and neatly arranged. Initially, I noticed that small towels were missing, but after I made the request, she remembered and ensured they were placed in my room every day thereafter. Her consistency and care were much appreciated. Your staff are true gems — rare to find and a great credit to the hotel. Please continue the excellent work! I will definitely recommend Zenmaya Oceanfront Phuket to my family, relatives, and friends, and I look forward to returning for another stay in the near future. Never regret booking this hotel"
