Phuket Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"The hotel's location is pretty good, right in the lively area of Nai Yang Beach, close to the national park side. You step right out the door onto the beach. There are plenty of supermarkets and snack stalls nearby, though Nai Yang Beach is really just for relaxing – there's not much else to see or do. The hotel itself is full of greenery, which is quite beautiful, and it has several swimming pools. My room had a balcony right overlooking a pool. As for the facilities, they're just okay, but the bedding was clean. I think if you choose this hotel, you should opt for a slightly more expensive room type; the cheaper ones are in buildings further from the main pool area, and both the room type and the view will be a bit less desirable. I found the bathroom door opening inwards to be impractical, and their cleaning service wasn't great – the floor was still dirty every day with quite a lot of sand and mud. There were absolutely no Chinese guests at the hotel; 99% were Russian. The staff's attitude towards Chinese guests was quite indifferent, in my opinion. I stayed for three days, and while there wasn't overt discrimination, not a single person smiled at me, whereas they were very enthusiastic with the Russians. The hotel is really close to the airport, a 5-minute drive."

"Traveling solo to Phuket, I picked this hotel after comparing options on Trip.com, and my overall experience truly exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is convenient, not too far from Patong Beach or Jungceylon, with plenty of food options, 7-Eleven stores, and motorcycle rentals nearby. It's also quiet at night, making it a peaceful and safe stay for a solo traveler. Check-in was smooth, and the restaurant on the sixth floor served good food. The overall cleanliness and hygiene were beyond what I expected – very clean. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke Chinese, so communication was a breeze. They even recommended many places suitable for a solo traveler. The hotel also offers motorcycle rentals, which saved me a lot of hassle. What I loved most was the hotel's overall atmosphere. It doesn't feel commercialized; instead, it gives you a sense of slow living in Phuket. Sitting by the pool in the evening, enjoying a beer and watching the sunset, was incredibly relaxing. If you're looking for a hotel that offers great value for money, is clean, safe, and has a personal touch, I highly recommend this place."

"Facilities: This was our first time bringing our child to Phuket. We initially booked The Emerald in Karon, but then I read reviews saying that while it was new, the pool felt a bit cramped between the two buildings. So, I checked out more reviews and decisively switched to the established Old Phuket Karon Beach Resort, which has a more resort-like vibe! It boasts a super large pool water park, and there's even a dedicated children's area with a small water slide 🛝 for toddlers, which is fantastic! Cleanliness: As an older five-star hotel, the decor is a bit dated, so the rooms feel a little old, but overall cleanliness is quite good. There were no issues with small animals or anything like that, unlike some online reviews suggested. Environment: As always, I've attached pictures; beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Service: The front desk service was excellent. We booked island hopping tours daily, and they picked us up at the front desk each day. On the first day, I was unfamiliar with the area and worried about finding the driver, so a staff member proactively helped us check our itinerary and contacted the driver via phone to clarify things in Thai! Thumbs up! One more thing I absolutely must mention: The Old Phuket Karon Beach Resort's location is arguably the most convenient in the Karon area. Right outside, there's a small commercial street with massage parlors, fruit stalls, Thai food, and seafood – everything you could want! Plus, turn right out of the hotel and walk just 30 meters, and you're at the stunning Karon Beach in minutes. There's also a 🚌 bus stop right outside that goes to Phuket Town, which is much more convenient than Centara Karon Resort Phuket!"

"We chose the hotel due to its cool location just 3 minutes to the Naiton beach. It is very nice and clean. When we stayed at the hotel they started to operate a lift, so we could take our things up and down to our floor (we lived at the 3d). All the necessary things are available: beach towels at the reception, beach bag, minibar, water, a small pool (we didn't try). The guys at the reception are very welcoming. Close to the hotel there are nice cafes, one sea food restaurant just at the opposite side is amazing, spent many times there. Tops supermarket is very close also. Can surely recommend (if you are worried about the noise ask for a pool side room)."

The beds are incredibly comfortable, providing a sense of total relaxation. * Amenities: Everything you need is provided, including a kettle for hot water. It’s an ideal setup for couples looking for a romantic getaway; it definitely lived up to my expectations. * The Vibe: Despite being located right across from a food center and surrounded by vibrant cafes and bars, noise wasn't an issue. I was initially worried about the nightlife, but I actually had a very peaceful sleep. The housekeeper male staff is also friendly and quite helpful. Why It Stands Out: Compared to other hotels in the area, this place offers exceptional value for money. It feels like a reliable ”home base” for travelers, nestled in a beautiful part of town."

"Wonderful hotel and room with a private pool! We'd love to come back again! The room entrance is on the 7th and 8th floors. There are two rooms facing different directions, each with its own shower. There's also a shower in the pool area and another on the 2nd floor in the dining room. Robes, rubber slippers, umbrellas, and dishes are provided. There are drying racks for clothes on the balcony. It's a bit inconvenient that the TVs aren't connected to the internet."

"Decided last minute to stay two nights in Patong to experience its bustling beach. After checking in, I realized the hotel was in the 'Arab Street' area, with many Middle Eastern and Indian guests. Even the buffet dinner was Indian food – it felt like I'd landed in India! However, this hotel is a chain business-style establishment, so the facilities and management are reliable. The location is excellent: a 5-minute walk to the seafood market, 10 minutes to malls like Big C and Jungceylon, and a 2-minute walk to 7-Eleven. It’s far enough from the lively Bangla Road to be quiet, which is a plus. It's convenient for shopping and getting to the airport later. The rooftop pool has clean water and offers beautiful sunset views. There's also a simple gym. The room's air conditioning was very strong, and they provided a beach bag and bathrobes. The downsides are that the room wasn't very soundproof; I was woken from my nap by loud music from next door, with the sound seeming to come through the Wi-Fi box. Also, the carpet in the elevator was quite dirty."

"Perfect for lazy couples or young family holiday. Hotel is very nice, clean, modern and well maintained. There are plenty of eating options right outside the hotel. You can choose to swim at the beach or the pools at the hotel. Breakfast was really good with a good selection of western and local foods. The hotel is close to the airport which also means it is also far (30 - 60 mins by car) from the boat jetties to the islands and the main areas of Phuket."
