Everything was top-notch. The room was clean, with daily housekeeping, and equipped with water, tea, and coffee. Razors, toothbrushes, and combs were all provided. The beach was spotless and constantly cleaned throughout the day. For me, the location was perfect, right next to the Long Set Pier. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide selection. I felt the restaurant itself was a bit pricey (plus a 10% service charge), but there are plenty of cafes, shops, tuk-tuks, and excursions nearby. We had a traditional Khmer massage for $20 an hour. Overall impression: Super!

This hotel was okay but not great value for the price we paid. We ended up shortening the time here and spending another night at a near by hostel - think this shows the level of quality. The location is amazing but as is every beach front hotel/hostel on the strip. The pool here is nice but sun loungers could use an update as are quite dirty. The room is okay and has aircon, door didn’t fully shut so the curtains covering the door is covered with mosquitos trying to get in. We had to spray the gap in the door regularly with spray to keep them out. The shower was mid warm but low pressure and hung on the wall and had to hold in hand to keep up. The service at the front desk was fine but to the lowest standard we’ve had travelling. There was no added niceties or politeness. Check in took a while (20 mins) while there was no comment on why it was taking so long. Our room wasn’t even ready in this time period so we weren’t waiting for the room. Breakfast wasn’t great and they could really do with more staff. The poor waitress was run off her feet trying to clear plates, stock food and drinks back up but there was always big gaps. People were sitting at dirty tables with no cutlery just to sit down and start eating. Not the waitresses fault as she was working very hard just needed 3/4 more people. The privacy is nice but the amenities are worse than the hostels near by.

Honestly, I have zero complaints. The location is perfect, the views are unreal. The rooms aswell are very spacious, perfect for a couple or even a solo backpacker!
The food though…oh my god…every chef in the back deserves a massive pay rise RIGHT NOW😂😮💨the food was incredible, very reasonable.
But my highlight of the SkyBar were the Tropical Smoothies…I think the workers had enough of me ordering them 4 days in a row for breakfast lunch and dinner 😂
But genuinely this place is amazing! Other than the stairs…those stairs are a killer but it’s good to get some cardio in once in a while 😮💨

On my first day, the Wi-Fi went down after only an hour. My Cellphone SIM card had no signal on Koh Rong, so I had to rely on the hotel's Wi-Fi. When I asked the front desk when it would be fixed, they stammered that the entire area was down. So I found another beach bar along the beach to use their Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi wasn't fixed until the next morning, but then the room's air conditioning was broken. The maintenance was truly terrible. I was thinking of staying another night, since the hotel's Sok San Beach has beautiful white sand and is relatively uncrowded, but the poor maintenance made me lose faith in this hotel, so I switched to another resort. I rented a motorbike to tour the island, and when I returned it in the evening, I found the hotel had lost power again. There was no one at the front desk, and all the guests were gathered around the emergency lights in the restaurant. I'm just glad I didn't stay at this hotel consecutively; there were too many problems.
The hotel breakfast was very good, delicious. It was probably the best experience I had.

This is a wonderful hotel with its own pier on one of the island's popular beaches, Long Set Beach. For me personally, the highlight of this hotel is its location – it feels like you're in the jungle, with so much greenery. Rare birds visit, monkeys drop by, and of course, there's a beautiful, clean beach with azure water.
Despite its secluded feel, it's easy to get to various establishments on the beach (cafes, bars, shops) thanks to a path running along the beach. You can watch the sunsets from the pool.
The breakfast is varied, with something for everyone. Overall, the hotel's cuisine is good, and the chefs cook very well. The only downside is that the prices for dishes are a bit higher than in the cafes/restaurants on the beach.
The rooms are quite large and clean, with housekeeping available upon request. The hotel staff are very friendly and ready to help with any issues. Thank you for a wonderful vacation, and best wishes for your prosperity 🙏🏼

My husband and I came together. Because we didn't do any research or book in advance, we changed hotels every day. This was the most expensive hotel we booked out of the 5 days we stayed at. The location was great, and the room was okay. It was the cleanest of the 5 hotels we stayed at. The only problem was that the water stopped halfway through his shower! The drinks in the room were chargeable, and no one told us. We thought they were free!

The hotel is located in a rather dingy area, likely due to its proximity to the ferry terminal. There are many cafes around, but the prices are even higher than on the neighboring beach.
The hotel staff are very pleasant and always ready to help. In our room, condensation formed on the indoor AC unit, and since the bed was directly under it, drops would fall onto the pillow. The room smelled of tobacco, even though it was a non-smoking room, and there were many signs of past smoking (cigarette ash holes on the sheet, burns on the nightstand). The entrance door didn't close completely, leaving a gap through which the hallway was visible.

The One Resort is highly recommended. Situated only a few steps away from the beach, the most helpful and friendly staff, spacious rooms and a fantastic swimming pool. The host (Dimitri) was top notch, helpful, hospitable and so friendly. We would definitely return and with the recent construction it could only get better. Thank you to The One Resort team!

Best place to stay on Pagoda Beach. Hotel is located at the end of the beach which is away from the noise of other hotels. Also, the sand and quality of beach is much better. The staff is very friendly and willing to do what they can to help make your stay better. I asked for local dishes not on the menu and they were more than willing to make them. The staff works very hard with no complaints. Would highly recommend staying here if you want peace, quiet, and a very relaxing atmosphere.

This hotel is simply a dream! The service, coziness, beach, comfort, and staff attitude – absolutely everything was 100% perfect.
I fell in love with this hotel within the first few days!
This hotel is for those who are tired of society! It's completely removed from the island's bustling life; there are no shops or markets here, only a restaurant, cafe, and bar.
The service everywhere is excellent! The staff are very dedicated, polite, and cultured! Not all of them speak English, but they try very hard!
Even environmentalism is important to them, and the hotel is constantly involved in initiatives.
Conclusion: If you're tired of society, if you want nature, solitude, tranquility, romance, wonderful scenery, and peacocks every day at breakfast and near your bungalow – this is the place for you! If you want parties, loud music, shopping, or the ability to go outside the hotel and so on, then no, this isn't it!
The hotel is like a wild island, situated on its own cape, in its own bay, and you can only get here by the hotel's boat, just like in the Maldives! So, when planning a vacation here, also plan your budget for meals only at the hotel, the bar (if you drink), and all the essentials you need for your vacation, as you won't be able to buy anything here. Or you can take a boat to the mainland, which is $30 per person and half a day's time!
Greetings to all sociophobes, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, speaking as a guest who has stayed here for a month!!!

Amazing
PPipihuifeiEverything is good, except that the road conditions are terrible. I rented a motorbike and it almost drove me into a pit. It was comparable to the dirt roads in the 1980s. This hotel is suitable for people who go there and lie down directly in the hotel. They don't leave the hotel. And if you go there, Ctrip will not bring it back. I rented a motorbike at the pier. There was no signal on the green card. I found the hotel purely by feeling the map. But the environment is really good. The beach is very clean and the water is very clear. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel. It's a big deal. Remember to bring mosquito repellent equipment.

GGuest UserEverything was great – clean dorm, clean shower, and good Wi-Fi. It's a 30-minute walk to the port, or 4 minutes by scooter. Renting a scooter is essential for exploring the island.
