"My wife gave me two nights in Mia. Consciously we chose two working days: Just enjoy and, in addition, shopping something without the hectic on the weekend. Has all been wonderfully fit, absolutely the right choice! Real well-being effect! Very sympathetic reception and helpful! And also flexible, as we give great value to the factor rest. We got the quietest room throughout the house! All too very clean and functional. Confortable bed and super kitchens. Shopping opportunities very walking. And for a wonderful black beer and a good-civil, fine dinner in the barfoot we didn't need to walk ten meters. Simplely perfect! All the ladies at the reception and also the cleaning team were friendly at all times! We were just satisfied with everything! Come back very much thank you! Röné & Ruth"

"Positives: The breakfast was very reasonably priced (especially for Germany), and had a good variety. The air con worked. The bed was comfortable. Negatives: The room I stayed in had one bad bit of design - the light in the bathroom was on a motion sensor i.e. if you get up in the night to visit the bathroom, you get fully woken up by bright white light. In fact all of the lighting in the room was quite stark. The hotel is both an IBIS Styles and IBIS Budget, and there seems to be a little bit of a Victorian country house atmosphere where the people at the Budget side had their own entrance, their own breakfast room and their own elevator - a little off-putting."

"The reception staff were very friendly, as were the breakfast staff. Room cleaning? Forget it! We kept leaving a note. The first time, we said, "Yes, that's how it is," but the next day, nothing had happened again – despite the note. The cleaning cart was still there, and we thought the room next to ours was being cleaned. We waited, and 15 minutes later, the cart was gone. This time, we complained at reception. Then we were out for 30 minutes. When we returned, the trash cans had been emptied, and all the towels were gone – nothing more, just dust and lint/dirt. We had to go back downstairs to get towels. The next few days, it was the same story – when they finally came to the room, only the trash and towels were gone. This time, our room key cards didn't work."
