"It’s a hotel straight out of a Wes Anderson film. As a family, we had the pleasure of spending a few days at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised for the second time, which we were absolutely delighted about. The hotel is styled like a Fin de Siècle grand hotel, yet modern. The vistas looking out over the bay are wonderful. The à la carte breakfast in a quiet atmosphere was highly enjoyable. The two pools were also lovely, offering plenty of space for the children to play. Everything was taken care of for us. The hotel has plenty of staff who look after the guests wonderfully and with touching care. Thank you, dear Esplendito team. We will be back."

"The advantages are that, being a new hotel, the bedding and towels are clean and hygienic, the bed cushions are comfortable, and it is located on a quiet beach with no noise. The furniture and all facilities were clean, making it perfect in terms of hygiene, and the floors were clean as they were not carpeted. The rooms with balconies are nice because they are spacious. The best part, in particular, was the breakfast! Although the variety wasn't extensive, the ingredients were all fresh and the quality was excellent, so I was satisfied. The omelets were made fresh to order and were warm and very delicious. The fruit was fresh and varied, and the nuts were fresh and tasty as they were replenished immediately. All the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. I was able to enjoy a welcome drink at the hotel café, and the fresh and high-quality breakfast was what I liked most. If I were to revisit, it would be because of the excellent breakfast. The downside was that finding the room on the 5th floor was inconvenient; it was like navigating a maze, requiring me to transfer elevators three times in a confusing and complicated manner just to reach the room. This was my first time experiencing a hotel where I had to transfer elevators three times in such a complicated way just to get to my room. It was disappointing that there was no bathtub, considering the price was as high as 400,000 won per night. Also, the location is the biggest problem. It is not in the center of the harbor but at the westernmost end, so it is far away and inconvenient. For travelers on foot, it is very inconvenient as they have to walk for over 30 minutes from the bus stop. It is far from restaurants and all the central areas. It is good for a quiet rest, but because the location is far and inconvenient, I do not recommend it to travelers on foot."

A beautiful setup providing a charming and peaceful location but within walking distance to all the shops, cafes and restaurants in the beautiful town of Soller. The reception area in the accommodation was boutique at its best. The gardens were also accommodating and provided a great spot for an early morning pastry and coffee. Would 100% recommend."

"Casa Bougainvillea is a lovely old hotel that has all of the modern amenities that one might want. It is a restored in-town villa right near the downtown square, but on a quiet street. The patio in the back is secluded -- on warm days, breakfast is served out there. But best of all is the manager Angel, who made our day when my husband forgot our passport in the safe and we were already in the next town -- without a car, as we had hiked there. He drove the passports to us! We remain immensely grateful. That kind of personal touch does not happen every day."

"This is a wonderful property in just the right location. Quiet surroundings and just a 15 mins walk into town which provides a little exercise in an otherwise relaxing and peaceful setting. The staff are super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Minor issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently with staff members really going out of their way to assist. The two swimming pools for a property of this size is amazing with the adults pool surrounded by grass and trees as opposed to concrete and umbrellas. The food is fantastic both in quality and presentation. The atmosphere and general laid back feeling of this property is typified by the "honesty box" arrangement for drinks around the pool."
