Radisson Blu Balmoral Hotel, Spa ★★★★

"Great location, friendly and helpful staff, AC did not work and there was no hot water for showers"

Les Bains De Spa ★★★★

"I absolutely loved my experience. The interior is stunning — they’ve done an exceptional job with the renovation, perfectly blending the historic charm of the building with a fresh, elegant design. Every space feels thoughtfully restored and genuinely special. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and attentive, adding an extra touch that made the stay feel effortless and relaxing. If you’re visiting Spa and want a place that combines beauty, comfort, and top-tier hospitality, I couldn’t recommend Les Bains de Spa more highly. I’ll definitely be returning."

La Villa des Fleurs ★★★★

"Great location right in the centre of the town near all the restaurants and sights. It has a large car park although it’s not easy to get a large car through the narrow entrance, but it’s free to just park on the busy street outside. Very friendly staff provide excellent service and a lovely fresh breakfast. It’s a nice quirky old hotel but do double check your room the double en-suite we booked turned out to be around a lift shaft so you could only get out of one side of the bed so we upgraded to their new annex."

Hôtel-Restaurant l'Auberge ★★★

"Hotel generally good however a few things to observe Good: Restaurant cleanliness and decoration of the rooms Spacious Bad: Rooms are simply too hot. Impossible to sleep and I could understand where the heat was coming from As a result of the hot room, had to open the window. Very noisy Got stuck in the life 3x"

Van der Valk Hotel Spa ★★★★

"Location in the heart of Spa. Easy to get to the thermal baths via the funicular connected to the hotel. Cleanliness ok On the other hand, impersonal and not friendly staff. Room service ok but little choice. Tip: ask for a room with a city view"

Vintage Villa with Hot Tub & Infrared Sauna in Ardennes ★★★★

Hôtel l'Ecrin d'Ô ★★★

"An allround superb experience; very friendly hosts, a good, friendly atmosphere in the whole hotel and the rooms are roomy, clean and have good beds, with additional pillows. The breakfast-buffet is a true festive and mouth-watering experience. We would definitely return here again."

Hotel la Reine ★★★

"We stayed at this hotel and were absolutely delighted. First of all, the location is excellent — close to the city center, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance. The area is peaceful and calm, perfect for both strolls and a relaxing stay. The room was clean, cozy, and spacious. The interior is modern, and the furniture is comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, always neat and thorough. The staff are true professionals — always friendly, attentive to detail, and ready to help in any situation. Check-in was quick and smooth, everything was organized at a high level. The breakfast deserves special praise — a varied menu, delicious dishes, fresh ingredients, and excellent coffee. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and sets the tone for a calm and enjoyable start to the day. This hotel was a real discovery for us. We will definitely stay here again and will happily recommend it to our friends and family!"

Le 24 Hotel ★★★

"Family business and as such every little detail is been taken care for. Fully recommend eating next door, fantastic food also owned by the family. Both mother and daughter are lovely and friendly. We will definitely go back. "
