"The hotel is located in the center of Daocheng County. Although it's a bit old, it's very well-maintained. The manager, Yang Zi, is incredibly capable and enthusiastic. She truly understands that visitors to the plateau can easily experience altitude sickness, so she is exceptionally warm, thoughtful, and attentive to guests. She frequently checks in on everyone and even arranged a taxi for our airport transfer. Before we left, she repeatedly reminded the driver to drive carefully to ensure our safety, which made us feel secure and at ease throughout our stay. The ******* staff team is also very friendly; Dorje, for instance, gave us many helpful suggestions. We had dinner at the hotel, and the dishes were perfectly suited for guests who can't eat spicy food, which we were very happy with."

"The late-night congee selection was varied and delicious, with plenty of condiments. The environment was great. The service was excellent, and they even helped upgrade our room type. They provided travel guides and hiking poles. The room was clean and hygienic, with disposable toiletries. The location was excellent, and it was quiet, so we slept very comfortably. The pillows were super comfortable. A great hotel, highly recommend! 🤗"

The entire building features central air conditioning, providing stable and comfortable temperature control, making it pleasant to stay in any season. There's a 24-hour supply of ample hot water, which is convenient and refreshing. The room thoughtfully includes an oxygen concentrator and a humidifier, ensuring the air is moist and pleasant. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery and abundant negative oxygen ions, creating a natural 'oxygen bar' environment that's incredibly invigorating. The hotel boasts a spacious parking lot (both surface and underground), making parking convenient with plenty of spaces. They also offer a dedicated butler luggage service, which is considerate, attentive, and incredibly detailed. The overall hardware facilities are high-end and complete, making for a very secure and comfortable stay. I highly recommend it."

"Best stay in Western Sichuan, located within the daocheng yading park (second stop, 2 mins walk from the bus stop). Very clean comfortable rooms with extremely hot showers, amenities included. Excellent view (highly recommend getting the snow mountain view room). Staff and owners are really kind and helpful. They’ll explain which routes to go if you are hiking up. They do provide electric blankets, didn’t use the electric heater but it is available for colder months. They have their own restaurant which is very convenient and food was delicious! Simple Chinese breakfast included would have liked to have been able to take some food away to eat along the way as wanted to start the hike earlier could consider asking the staff is this would be possible. Do keep in mind the shuttle bus going up to the scenic site can be quite full so do plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back."

"The best choice for a trip to Daocheng Yading is undoubtedly the Crowne Plaza Yading Risong Gongbu Hotel. Located in the heart of Shangri-La town, its 2800-meter altitude is just right, avoiding altitude sickness while providing convenient access to the Yading scenic area entrance – a mere 15-minute drive to the sacred mountains. Upon arrival, a concierge proactively offered to help with luggage, a warm gesture spreading from the moment you stepped out of the car. Entering the double-height lobby, the ******* elements blend seamlessly with modern design. The hanging scroll depicting the three sacred mountains of Yading instantly evoked anticipation for the journey. The seated service during check-in was exceptionally attentive; staff member David offered ginger tea to dispel the chill of the journey and provided a detailed explanation of the scenic route and a guide map. The hotel's dining experience was a highlight of the trip. While the breakfast wasn't as lavish as in inland China, it was certainly excellent for the ******* region."

"Personally, I think this is a hotel with excellent value for money. It's equipped with a water dispenser (so you don't have to boil water yourself), complimentary tea, Sprite and Coke, and free oxygen cylinders. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's location is very close to the scenic area; it's convenient whether you're driving or taking a taxi. If the owner has time, they can even give you a free ride to Daocheng Yading Scenic Area. All toiletries in the hotel are disposable, including shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, slippers, etc., which is very clean and hygienic. I'm not a shill; I was simply touched by the owner's enthusiasm. I hope the owner stays true to their original intentions and that their business prospers!"
