"The room was spacious with high ceilings, and the hotel interior was quiet. Right by the sea, there's a bar serving martinis and Coronas. We also had a butler who proactively communicated about check-in details. Our butler, Owen, provided excellent service! He initiated contact, recommended itineraries, helped book hotel services, and quickly assisted with any issues. He deserves a special shout-out! We'll definitely choose Four Points again when we come back to Sanya!"

"The concierge upgraded us to a sea-view room, which had a fantastic view. The bed was large enough and very comfortable. The greenery on the ground floor of the hotel was also lovely, and there were even evening performances. The only downside was the mini-bar, which only had two or three cans of Coke and Sprite and no snacks. However, the concierge later sent up desserts and small cakes. On the other hand, the hotel breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted great. For a vacation, the Westin is definitely a worthwhile choice."

"The hotel's location is very convenient: close to the beach, and surrounded by a ton of cafes and shops to suit every taste. It's quiet and picturesque. The staff was very friendly! We'd already checked out of our room, gone for a walk, and got caught in the rain, soaking wet. The staff gave us a room so we could dry off and change, thank you so much! The room was standard, but there was a large crack in the wall, but it didn't bother us at all."

"Choosing Le Méridien Shimei Bay for our family trip with kids was a fantastic decision! The hotel has an excellent child-friendly atmosphere. The kids' club is clean and safe, with a wide variety of indoor and outdoor play areas. Our child could play all day without getting tired. The beach has fine, gentle sand and clean water, perfect for digging, collecting shells, and playing in the waves. Adults can relax and enjoy the scenery while feeling the sea breeze. The room was spacious enough, and the children's amenities were well-prepared in advance, including a cot and toiletries for kids, which showed great attention to detail. The breakfast offered a wide variety, with pastries, fruits, and porridges that kids love. All the staff were very gentle and enthusiastic, always greeting us and even helping to look after our child, which was very heartwarming. The entire resort was quiet and uncrowded, with large lawns and kid-friendly pools, making it comfortable for strolls and playtime with the little one. It's away from the hustle and bustle, providing a one-stop solution for dining, accommodation, and entertainment. It's definitely our top choice for a family vacation with kids, offering perfect value for money and an excellent experience!"

"Pleasant surprise: The butler upgraded our room to one with an incredible, unobstructed 180-degree sea view from the balcony – perfect for enjoying the sea breeze daily. The hotel's cleanliness and service were excellent; the butler even helped arrange delivery for our takeout, which was fantastic. We enjoyed the clean swimming pool every afternoon, and with several lifeguards on duty, we felt very safe. However: The facilities are a bit dated, with too few power outlets and an unreliable internet connection. The breakfast selection was also limited, which slightly detracted from the overall experience."

"After staying at Indigo Lingshui, moving to Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula was quite a letdown. First, from check-in to being shuttled to the room, it took at least 15 minutes, and the staff hadn't even set up the bed rail. This indirectly led to my son falling off the bed (thankfully, he was fine). Secondly, the room's remote control wasn't responsive. My wife opened the back cover to find the batteries inside were moldy and corroded. We had to contact staff to replace them. The electric curtains in the room wouldn't close completely, leaving a gap. We had to call a technician to fix them. Surprisingly, the toilet wasn't a smart toilet, and there was only one box of tissues provided. There were no tissues in the bathroom or at the coffee station, which was very inconvenient. Regarding housekeeping, we requested a room clean and mineral water refill at 10 AM, but when we returned to the room after 1 PM, it still hadn't been cleaned... the efficiency is quite low. The indoor children's playground also didn't provide non-slip socks, only disposable ones, which offered no grip at all. Currently, only one outdoor pool is open, and it's not very large. It wasn't without its good points, though. The buffet breakfast was delicious, especially the coriander beef and shrimp rice rolls. The public areas were beautifully landscaped and great for photos. Perhaps my expectations were too high. Based on online reviews, I thought I had booked the top hotel in Wanning, but it turned out to be not that great. Maybe next time I'll try a different hotel."
