"We got a free room upgrade with an ocean view, and the water was incredibly blue in the afternoon. We could also catch the sunrise from our room, which was very clean. We ended up extending our stay for another day! The only downside was that all cars on the island have to park in a designated lot, and then a shuttle takes you to your building, which was a minor inconvenience."

"The service at the front desk was good. Answer all questions and be polite. The room has a sea view, the beach is nearby, and there are food all around. The room has a balcony and a washing machine for washing and hanging clothes. You can wash clothes immediately after swimming, and they will be dry the next day. You don't have to bring so many clothes when traveling. It's great. The experience is super good. Next time I come to Sanya, I must stay at Bandao Youpin Apartment again😄"

Our butler, Alan, added me on WeChat the day before to ask about check-in details, if I wanted to book a travel photoshoot, and even provided a really helpful guide to the local area. He was quick to assist with any issues we had – super nice! Environment: The beach is right downstairs, with soft sand. The hotel's public areas are all interconnected, and there's a lovely beach bar. Overall, the experience was great, and for the price, the value is unbeatable. Highly recommend."

The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful; it's a tranquil villa complex featuring a central swimming pool surrounded by lush, dense coconut groves. They offered convenient shuttle service for both arrival and departure, and even helped with our luggage. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful. Guests can rent bikes or scooters directly from the front desk, which is not only fantastic value but also super convenient for exploring Shenzhou Peninsula and Shimei Bay. I even accidentally lost the key to our rented scooter, but they handled the situation smoothly and professionally. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended! Just returned from Wanning's Sun Moon Bay, and I have to give a huge thumbs-up to our stay at Tianxincun Seaside B&B! It was definitely the best choice of our trip, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sun Moon Bay, especially families with children! 1. Clean and tidy, a super comfortable stay! The first impression upon entering the room was fantastic! The entire B&B, from the common areas to our room, was spotlessly clean. The bedding was crisp white, with no odor at all, and the bathroom was so bright and shiny that even barefoot was perfectly comfortable. For families with children, cleanliness is absolutely paramount, and the cleanliness of this B&B put us at ease. Coming back from a tiring day, it felt like returning to a fresh, clean little home, truly relaxing. 2. Superb value! Excellent value for money! It didn't feel like a sales pitch at all; it was genuinely thoughtful and wanted us to have a safe and enjoyable time. This kind of honesty and warmth is rare in tourist areas, and it makes you feel incredibly warm and trusting. 4. The recommended instructor was professional, and the kids had a blast! The surf instructor the owner recommended lived up to his reputation! He's very professional and patient, especially good at teaching children. Under his guidance, my child successfully stood up on the surfboard for the first time, and we were so excited! The instructor provided excellent protection throughout the entire experience, showing a strong sense of safety, which put us, as parents, at ease. Later, we went snorkeling and paddleboarding in the coconut grove. The instructor was very well-organized, explained clearly, and was incredibly fun. That evening, the instructor reminded us of the time and location for our beach hopping trip, and we caught a ton of crabs and shells. The kids had a blast! The instructor and I are so grateful for these wonderful experiences! We originally booked a room with one bed, but the owner kindly upgraded us for free to a family room, which was a wonderful surprise. The location is excellent. While it’s not within walking distance to the beach, the ocean view is visible at a glance, and the beach itself is very close. Transportation is extremely convenient — the homestay provides a small shuttle, and all you need to do is send a message in the WeChat group. The staff are always quick to respond and ready to take you wherever you want to go. Since we were traveling with a child, we appreciated that the homestay is located slightly away from the bar street. It was the perfect balance — peaceful and quiet at night, without any noise disturbance. The nighttime atmosphere is especially charming — calm, romantic, and truly relaxing.
