"Very convenient hotel to reach by car and that allows you to reach the center of Spoleto on foot in a few minutes. Structure with many artistic interventions inside, very clean rooms, quiet and with a very comfortable bed. The decent breakfast could be improved with better bread. Service of the guys very friendly and fast. Highly recommended."

"We stayed three nights in a mix of classic and superior rooms (for price reasons). Classic is fine, but is next to a minor road so gets a little traffic but ok. Everything spotlessly clean, nice character, two big reception rooms which are v comfortable and a nice olive garden plus pool."

"Room quite comfortable and very clean. The bathroom had the only flaw: you had to go down a couple of steps and it was very narrow, not very comfortable for people with poor mobility. Abundant and good quality breakfast, served on the veranda on the ground floor. Hotel in an excellent position, practically in front of the entrance to Palazzo Collicola. In a few steps you reach the historic center and in even fewer steps the escalators leading up. Fairly quiet area, only one evening a small group of people stopped in the square and caused a lot of noise. The parking (for a fee) is an added plus, it is not guarded but it is still a convenience."

"Front desk staff friendly, but experience went down from there. Tiny room smelled musty, bathroom smelled worse. Fridge was left dirty. Shower too small and I’m a petite person. Sink had no counter space. Breakfast was very poor with canned fruit, coffee from a machine, mostly sugary starches. To go down hallways when dark, u have to find the wall light switches. Even then, lights don’t stay on long. I had to use my phone flashlight to find my room. "

"I've seen this hotel built over the years, so I've always gone overboard and spent at least one night there. It's a very nice hotel, even though the furnishings are reminiscent of the 1980s. The staff is courteous and very professional."

"Relais surrounded by greenery very close to Spoleto. Rooms definitely dated and too hot. We took advantage of the well-organized SPA with trained and helpful staff. We also took advantage of the beautiful and elegant restaurant, excellent food and friendly and helpful staff. The entire management of the facility is excellent. I advise."

"It used to be an Italian villa. Should I say more? Wind your way through the extremely tight streets to park your car outside the wall. Walk through the archway and you step into the courtyard which is absolutely gorgeous, with perfectly trimmed hedges, and a view of the castle and beautiful church in the distance. The lady at the front desk is perfectly nice. Showed us to our room which is quaint, spacious enough, and smelled very nice. Old world Italian feel. Nice Wi-Fi, nice shower. Breakfast in the morning was nice and if weather permits you can have it in the courtyard. 5 minute walk to Ponte delle Torri. 3 minute walk to Piazza Campello and the Spoleto link with the people movers and elevators that easily take you up and down the city. Excellent"
