The front desk is very good to help us carry our luggage to the room, check out also help us take our luggage to the car, especially thanks, the service is great. The room environment is very good, the facilities are good, the bed is very soft. But the front desk answered the phone and the lady was very poor. At 11:10 in the evening, she was awakened by the alarm. The loud sound lasted for a long time. So I called the front desk to ask the reason. She said she didn't know it and sent someone to check it. Then I said that if there is always an alarm, I will call again to ask why, the woman who answered the phone was very impatient and said: What can I do, and hung up the phone with a squeak. Really arrogant and awkward, the alarm sounded at night, opened the door and saw that others had left the room, can't you ask the reason? The first time is not to appease the guests, the room environment is very good, but the attitude of the lady who registered at the front desk is very poor!
