"I stayed in the Starry Sky Couple's Room, and it was quite spacious even for one person. Since I arrived before 12 PM, I got to pick my room first, which turned out to be a great decision. **Facilities:** Among similar room types on the mountaintop, the facilities here are pretty good. Although there were still some insects in the room when I checked in, that's a common issue on the mountain, especially this season. I spent about ten minutes thoroughly clearing them out, and it was peaceful afterward. Still, I recommend checking before bed each night. The owner was very kind and even invited me to eat with them; I appreciated the gesture, even though their food was a bit on the rich side. **Location:** The location is absolutely superb for several reasons: 1. **Sunset Views:** It has a natural vantage point for sunset viewing, with fewer crowds, so you don't have to jostle for a spot. 2. **Peace and Quiet:** It's not on a popular hiking trail, so after 10 PM, besides other guests in the inn, there are no groups passing by and disturbing your sleep. 3. **Proximity to Cable Car:** It's arguably the closest inn to the upper station of the Golden Summit cable car, meaning less walking if you come up by cable car. 4. **Golden Summit Access:** It's only about a 20-minute walk to the Golden Summit, which is close enough to join the fun without being too far. 5. **Convenience:** It's conveniently located near the 'Shan Shen' (Mountain God) convenience store and restrooms. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to friends. This trip up the mountain, I saw everything except the sunrise – but I did see the sunset, sea of clouds, starry sky, and sun halo. Thank you, Wugong Mountain, and thank you, heavens! The scenery coming down Anfu was beautiful, it's a shame it's not more promoted."

"Lovely hosts, beautiful rooms, and amazing home-cooked food! The hosts are extremely hospitable and spared no efforts to ensure that we were comfortable and well-prepared for our hike. They are great cooks and dinner often consists of locally sourced produce (bamboo shoots from the nearby mountain, home-cured meats, home-grown yams etc.) The local palate is on the spicy side, but they were more than willing to accomodate our weak tongues. In terms of location, the homestay is located right next to a stream, so close that you can hear it if you open your windows, and is conveniently located about 1km away from the trailhead. The outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax and unwind with tea, snacks, and the sounds of the babbling brook. We arrived in Pingxiang and took a 1 hour car ride to the homestay - easily found on the map and not hard to navigate to at all. Overall, definitely recommend this homestay if you intend to conquer Wugong shan! P.S. they also have 2 lovely dogs."

"The bed condition is dry and ok to sleep as I heard some other accomodations at WuGong Mountain are having wet mattress. Besides, the location is considered quite near to JinDing mountain peak with 15mins walk. The place is selling full boil eggs, instant noodles and plain water and offer free hot water for boiling instant noodles. However, the shared toilet is quite dirty and can't have simple wash."

"This guesthouse was a fantastic experience overall, definitely deserves a thumbs up! We arrived around 8 PM, starving, and the owner immediately cooked us a delicious authentic Jiangxi stir-fry. One bite and I felt completely revitalized. The vegetables were all grown by the owner, freshly picked and cooked, incredibly fresh and sweet—so much better than greenhouse vegetables in the city. The room was newly renovated, clean and bright, and the bedding was comfortable. Although it was new, there was no unpleasant odor, and overall hygiene was excellent. There was just one small detail—the twin room only provided one pillow per bed, which was a bit inconvenient for a child sleeping with only one pillow. The next morning, the owner personally drove us to the entrance for the reverse trek of Wugong Mountain, which was incredibly convenient. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Wugong Mountain and highly recommend it to anyone planning a reverse trek!"

Strong amway 1: My partner and I came to Wugong Mountain for a night hike. It was already past 10 o'clock in the evening, so we didn't have to worry about a blackout. The boss knew everything and made all the arrangements. 2: The first time I stayed in a hotel, I met the boss who picked us up at the hotel and then took us to the scenic spot. It was unexpected. Three: The new hotel feels like the environment at home. The rooms are very big and everything is new and great. Four: The boss may not be a good boss, but he must be a good tour guide. If you have any questions about going to Wugong Mountain, ask the boss. There is no need to do any strategies. Five: Book directly, breakfast is included, and the noodles are made by the uncle himself, so delicious Six: The billiards on the first floor are free. It’s really a good time to go there and the stay is comfortable. These few points are enough to beat most hotels. Those who go to Wugong Mountain, feel free to go there.

Complimentary shuttle service is offered. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The Jiangxi cuisine was delicious. The location is fantastic, right within the scenic area and only a 3 to 4-minute walk to the trailhead.

I stayed here when I went hiking through Wugong Mountain during the Qingming Festival. I arrived alone that night, quite late, and the owner was still waiting for me, the last guest to arrive. I was a little low in blood sugar when I arrived, and the owner's mother gave me some bread rolls and cooked me a delicious farm-style meal, charging me only the price of a plate of vegetables I'd usually pay in Guangdong! The room was also very clean and comfortable; it's amazing to find such a nice guesthouse in a small village! The next morning, before dawn, the owner's wife drove me to the foot of the mountain and reminded me to be careful. I don't usually leave reviews, but even after more than a month, the feeling is still there, so I'm writing this review to wish the owner's business continued success!

I saw that they all set off at 9 o'clock in the evening, but the boss said that I didn't need it. I could leave at 23:30, because the homestay is close to the gate. So I listened to the boss, and the time was just right. It was more than 40 minutes early. So it is very convenient to climb here at night, you can sleep for a while, and there is enough time to take a bath and rest down the mountain. Secondly, the conditions of the homestay are not bad, but if I book again, I will book the view twin room because the room is much larger. And the bathroom is twice as big. But you get what you pay for, and I am very satisfied with more than 100 such rooms. It is best to talk about the service. The hotel has a restaurant and a supermarket, all of which are owned by the boss. The boss is also very enthusiastic. Answer all questions. After an exhausting climb to the summit, staying in a stargazing room like this was wonderful. The tatami room for two adults and two children was spacious and not cold at night, with electric blankets, charging stations, and curtains. Several people could lie in there and play cards. Unfortunately, there were a lot of clouds that day, so we didn't see any stars. The hot water, toilet, and shower were all convenient. After all, it's a mountaintop and the conditions can't compare to a five-star hotel. It's a great place to watch the sunrise in the morning, and it's definitely a five-star experience compared to staying in a tent!

Meals are at your own expense. The environment is quiet. I am tired after a whole day and need sleep time and a quiet environment. I have stayed in starry sky rooms and outdoor tents, but I couldn’t sleep. They were too noisy and received bad reviews. I didn’t have money to stay in a hotel. This time I chose to stay in an indoor tent, which I think is good. Most of the time, there are few people. I took the cable car up and arrived very early. I found that the sanitation was very good and the cleaning was very clean, but many people didn’t flush the toilet. The toilet was clearly equipped with a large bucket and a red spoon for convenient disposal, but I saw several large lumps in the morning. The toilets in the scenic area are also like this 🤢
