"This is a belated thank-you note. I was traveling with my parents and we passed through Xianghe. It felt like fate that led me to choose Lao Shu Hotel. The children loved the charming old-fashioned bunk beds, and the elders got plenty of rest. The shower water was warm and the temperature was consistent. Our stay was excellent, and most importantly, the price was fair and reasonable. It was economical and clean. The next morning, while we were having breakfast, I accidentally left my small crossbody bag on the restaurant table. We only realized it when we were already on the highway. I immediately called the front desk, and they promptly helped us find our room and the restaurant. They called me back within five minutes to say they had found it. I was incredibly grateful and rushed back. When I got my bag back, I wanted to offer some money as a token of my appreciation, but they refused. The hotel's professional service made me feel their sincerity and warmth. They truly are a conscientious establishment. If I ever pass through Xianghe again, I will definitely choose to stay here. "Excellent place to stay for a weekend getaway to the coutryside but not super far from BJ. It is located right in the exit of Xianghe west of 7th capital ring express. It only takes 50 minutes to drive from sanlitun in beijing. When I first enter the courtyard,I was so amazed by the nice cosy small courtyard which makes you feel at home.  All rooms are cosy and comfortable，located on the ground floor around the small garden with flowers.  Each room has air conditioning. The bathroom is clean with shower and towel.There is a washing machine in the living room as well.  Everything is super clean, the owner quickly responds if something is needed. Overall the day passed in a pleasant atmosphere :) I will certainly book again next time.BTW,there is a barbecue grill I will try :)  If you are specifically looking for such a place quiet and quaint. Absolutely recommendable!"
