The front desk even provides a handy little guide to local attractions, which was very helpful. Our check-in process was smooth, and the room itself was great – I was very satisfied. It was also spotlessly clean, and each room has its own independent air conditioning unit that works perfectly for cooling. The hotel also offers a self-service laundry room. For anyone traveling, I highly recommend this hotel. It's cozy and comfortable, the service is excellent, the rooms are lovely, and there's free parking. Plus, it's conveniently located with easy access to transportation."

"I really loved the vibe of this place. It was great being able to meet other guests and go out together, chat, and play games. I got to hear so many different stories and learn about various lifestyles around the world. I also adored the little cat there; it was so gentle and loved being petted. But my favorite part was definitely the owner! They're the kindest, most welcoming owner ever, always ready to help with any travel questions. It was just so comforting and pleasant!"

"Xining is a fantastic, vibrant city, and my biggest regret is not staying longer; it deserves way more time than just a quick transit stop thanks to its incredible food scene, night markets, and laid-back vibe. During my visit, I stayed at LETE Hostel, which serves as a solid, character-rich base for exploring the region. The top-floor communal space has real history and soul, beautifully flooded with sunlight, packed with green plants, a massive library, and even three cute resident birds. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly kind-hearted and welcoming, always doing their best to help out. Location-wise, it’s perfect - super convenient for the night markets, local food stalls, and bus stops, plus they offer safe bike storage for cyclists. For the price of a private room, the value and hospitality here are unbeatable, and I would absolutely stay again - and next time, I’ll be giving Xining the full week it deserves."

"Very good! It's convenient to go everywhere in the Grand Cross and close to the bus station. The owner said that the single room I booked had no windows and the air was not good, so I upgraded it to a standard room for free. I like it and will come again next time"

The staff were very friendly and patiently explained all the hotel information. It's only a few minutes' walk from Xining Railway Station, and also very close to the bus stop and long-distance bus station, making it super convenient for getting around. This will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Xining. Excellent value for money!"
