"Superior Double Room 1. Self Check-in Automat is very self-conscious, presents as birth year 2008 and cannot be corrected. All data already entered during the booking are not automatically available, but must be entered again. 2. Door closed without function, good half hour waiting for housemaster. There are left-hand telephone slips before reaching the hotline/noise number, I don't understand this under an emergency number. It would have been better to provide an alternative room immediately. 3. No invoice corresponding to the booking / the amount paid. (Invoice amount is 20% lower than the invoice amount. What is that for a booking / you could also use the word fraud and/or tax evasion. As a business traveler, this is a whole disaster Conclusion: as a business traveler, the hotel is completely inappropriate"

"It's about a 20-minute walk from the city center, but there is a tram station 3 minutes away on foot, 4 stops from Leipzig Central Station, and several restaurants around the hotel. The room is compact, but the toilet and bathroom are separated by a door, there is an outlet and a work desk by the bed, and there is a lounge on the lobby floor, so you can work on your computer without any problems. It's clean and good value for money."

"Ich war allein mit 2 Kleinkindern zu Gast für 13 Nächte, da wir meine Familie in Leipzig besucht haben. Bezüglich Frühstück und Pizzaangebot kann ich keinerlei Auskunft geben, da wir immer auswärts Frühstücken waren, das Zimmer war sauber, unser Wunsch nach einem zusätzlichen Bettgitter wurde rasch erfüllt. Check in und Check out waren unkompliziert. Das einzige was ich beanstanden könnte, wäre das die Gebühren fürs Parken extrem angestiegen sind innerhalb von einem Jahr, aber da man draußen auf der Straße kostenfreie und ausreichende Parkplätze zur Verfügung hat, war es für uns kein Problem 3 Meter zu Fuß zu gehen! Danke für das Familienzimmer, die Kinder und ich haben uns beim übernachten wohlgefühlt!"

"The hostel itself is very nice but in an old building where the stairs and the room floor are making noises. The courtyard was closed on my second night so it was quit to have some sleep. The rooms have lockers which is very nice but there aren‘t sockets on every bed. A curtain would be nice too. Don‘t know why german hostels are not having any curtains. It was of course very hot inside but it was a cooler day so leaving the windows open was at least an option. Some guests were loud and running up and down the stais. I suggest to tell the people during check in to keep their voices down during quit time. They have coffee and breakfast which was good."

"I stayed before at the recommendation of a local friend and was quite satisfied and booked again six months later. The size of the room, ease of use, cleanliness, etc. are perfect. The staff are also very friendly and the breakfast is substantial. The location is also central, but it is quiet at night. I want to come back to Leipzig for this inn."
