The facility offers six restrooms for each gender, two sinks, three showers for each gender, two shower stalls, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers. A complimentary rice ball set meal made with local ingredients is served for breakfast. Furthermore, the first floor houses Japan's first "Fukushi Convenience Store," a popular convenience store supporting the welfare of local elderly and disabled people.
