"Overall, it’s clean and the location is good about a 7–10 minute walk straight to the Old Town, and Jabka is nearby. But somehow it doesn’t feel very cozy; I would consider staying only for 1–2 days next time. However, given the price, there’s really nothing to complain about. The price matches the quality, though of course it’s better to pay a bit more for a cozy place."

"The location is excellent and the staff are quite attentive. The beds are generally quite basic. In fact, mine broke when I tried to get up (room 103). Luckily, there was no problem getting another room for the last night. But in that very room, one of the two beds also had a missing slat from the bed frame (room 204). That's when I discovered that the shared bathrooms are super different depending on the block of rooms you're assigned. There's quite a lot of noise in the hallways, and the hot water runs out quickly during peak hours. Although it's called an ”Aparthotel,” there are no cooking facilities or a fridge to keep things cool. Only instant coffee and tea ***** at reception (and this is free). Overall, it's fine for the location if you're going on excursions or leaving early for the airport, but it's not excellent in terms of quality."

"一般的なホテルの広い敷地内にあるホステルで、チェックインなどはすべてホテル側でします。徒歩1分くらいです。ホステルはとても清潔でベッドもしっかりとした快適なベッドでした。 シャワールームやトイレも清潔です。グランドフロアが個室タイプ、2階がドミトリーのようです。私が滞在した時はゲストがかなり少なく大変静かで快適に過ごすことができました。 初日はグランドフロアに3組ほどのゲストがいたので廊下での声や足音が聞こえてきたり、トイレの使い方が悪かったのか不潔でした。2日目3日目はグランドフロアが貸切状態だったので静かでトイレも清潔でした。 困ったのはヘアドライヤーがなかったことです。シャワールームにも部屋にもなく貸し出しもしていないため、シャワー後は自然乾燥必須です。長い髪の毛の人は風邪を引かないように気を付けてください。 建物は入るとすぐに暖かく、部屋もとても綺麗で暖かかったです。半袖で過ごすことができます。リネン交換は依頼すればしてくれます。私は一式もらっておいて好きなタイミングで自分で交換しました。 ホテル側に行けばティーサービスがありましたが、なぜか3日目になくなっていました。レセプションでお湯をもらいました。レセプションスタッフさんはとても親切です。 公共交通機関から遠い、とありましたがクラクフ中央駅（Kraków Glowny）から125番のバスに乗るとほぼホテルの目の前に到着してかなり便利です。トラムよりも125のバスが近くて便利です。トラムでもバスでも料金はPLN4です。 またクラクフに滞在するならここに泊まります。とても良かったです。"

"This hostel is very comfortable and is in the center of downtown and only 1.3 kilometers away from the main railway station. Each bed has a locker with a key to store your stuff which is great. The bad thing is the shower area is small if you are a tall or a bit muscular or overweight individual. You feel like you have no hand or leg room. Also the beds are not that comfortable."

"One of the best value for money hostels in the area. I stayed in a private room that was very spacious. It also included small but pretty balcony which was as nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom also was clean. The only two slight negatives being that it’s around a 25 minute walk to the centre , so you kind of have to commit if your going to pop their for the day but large issue if you enjoy a walk. Secondly the walls were a little thin and my bedroom was located next to the shared bathroom so I’d sometimes wake up in the morning to the sound of people on the toilet. Besides that on the whole was a good hostel."

"Excellent price and quality ratio, for short stay. Location is good : 20 min to the train station, 25 min to the Bavel Castle on foot. Live in a two-bedroom room with amenities (shower, toilet + fan, TV, blackout curtains). The room and hostel was clean, the room cleaning on request. Important! : There is a luggage storage room before and after accommodation, there is a kitchen with dishes, refrigerator, chestnut, e.clite. Recommended."

"Cheap room, 6 bed room, is a house that is divided into a hostel. I don't reset the floor all the time. I'm quite crowded. But it's cheap enough, forgive me. There is a convenience store next door, 20 minutes walk into town. Bathrooms are shared downstairs and upstairs. Just the overall score."

"The hostel owner was a very kind woman. The location is also in the center of Krakow, and it is about 15 minutes from Krakow Central Station by bus or tram. The owner is also in the facility, so you don't have to worry about anything."

PPetreIts location is unbeatable, as it's only a minute from the main square. The room was perfectly clean, there was lots of space, I actually got a twin room for the price of a single. The high walls gave additional luxury feeling. The staff was very helpful, as the receptionist offered me a help with my luggage. The only potential disadvantage are the stairs to the second floor, if you have a heavy luggage. It's perfectly quite.

AAnonymous Userit was a nice hotel to stay overall. the only thing i did not like was cleaness because i found some dusts on the desk and the sink. as per the staff, everyone was helpful and warm-welcoming. and the breakfast is a bit expensive but worthwhile to pay for 49 zloty because all the food were fresh and delicious. it is good to have breakfast early in the morning if you have to be in a hurry such as catching a plane or train. besides, the location is very convenient. there is a direct bus to wieliszka salt mine, which is quite far from the city center and stare miasto (the downtown's name in polish) is also close to go due to lots of trams connecting from the hotel. 😆😆 and i personally take into consideration about whether there are stairs even at the entrance due to a heavy suitcase. there are no stairs at the main entrance and 2 lifts are working very well, and no need to worry about bringing the room card key. 😁 and the given password is easy to remember and convenient to get in the room, which can help you travel light. thus, i would like to strongly recommend staying here due to lots of benefits to travel in krakow.

一一條咸魚This youth hostel performs well overall, with high cost performance and reasonable price, which is very suitable for backpackers. The location is excellent, and the castle attraction can be reached within a few minutes' walk. There is also a bus stop downstairs that goes directly to the salt mine, which is very convenient. The accommodation environment is in good condition. Although the bathroom is located outside the room, it is clean and tidy and comfortable to use. The breakfast is satisfactory, with hot tea, coffee and milk, which provides a good start for the day. However, the only drawback is that there is no water dispenser in the youth hostel, and you need to go to the convenience store downstairs to buy bottled water. The only unpleasant experience was that when I first arrived, the counter staff asked me to pay, but in fact I had already completed the payment on the booking platform, and I needed to spend time explaining and verifying. Overall, it is still an accommodation option worth considering.

BBen WaiteGreat stay. A student accomodation used as a hotel during the off season. New building that it doesn't even appear on google maps. Good facilities. Safe area and easy walk or tram in to the city centre. Right next to one football ground with the other just over the park. Under £10 Uber to the hotel from the airport. Really strong Wifi, comfy bed and decent shower. The only thing missing was a sponge or cloth to do the washing up! As it's a student accom, the kitchen is also in the room to use. People of all ages were staying however, and there was little to no noise from students still around even it being a Friday night. Check in was simple and the key was ready when I arrived after 1am to collect at the 24/7 reception desk.

GGuest UserCheck in was easy and quick with a friendly receptionist. They let us check in slightly earlier which was great. The room is basic, but is pretty much what I expected. One of the sheets had a large brown stain on, the cleaner was in the hallway so we asked her to change it and she did straight away which was good. We asked at reception later on that day (different receptionist) for another pillow as the one they supplied was super thin and was just told NO! Super rude! Was a 'little bit' far from the main square, however with Bolt being Really really cheap, just £2.50 to get into the main square we didnt mind at all. We were there 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or towels changed within that time. Breakfast was a sandwich from a local Deli, a biscuit, a yoghurt pot and an apple with a bottle of water, which you collected from reception. There was a kitchen at the end of the corridor where you could make tea and coffee, which they supplied free of charge. Over all definitely worth the money, would have liked an extra pillow, and perhaps one change of towel would have been nice.

GGuest UserWhen I booked the reservation there seemed no choice for a single gender room. I thought maybe they will arrange so in fact, but I actually got a mixed gender room. This should not be blamed on the hostel of course because I did not confirm that when I checked in. So this is an advice for the future clients that if you want a single gender room, make sure to ask for one when checking in. Otherwise you may get a stinky room after waking up. Overall it’s a nice place. It’s within walkable distance to all attractions (for me). The view on the street was also very nice!

GGuest UserThe location was great. A fairly short walk to the old town. There is no front desk or any visible service, except the cleaner in the morning. Although the room looked nice and was quite large and had clothes hangars and a desk, it had a big problem. There was a window above the door and the hall night flickered all night. A few seconds on, a few seconds off. Even with my sleep mask, the constantly changing light was very noticeable and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I noticed that my room was the only one in my part of the accommodation with such a window, so I guess the other rooms would be better. They should really cover the window up. Even if they fixed the flickering, it would still be annoying to have the light go on whenever other guests go to the hall to use the bathroom or for coming in and out. The other issue was the internet. It was useable for what I needed during the trip, but it lagged at times, and I don't think it would have been suitable for a work conference call.

GGuest UserLet's start with address; difficult to find even people living there could not find it easily. The entrance is disguised by some lady selling various objects.(see photo) You have to be mind reader to find your room and bed as receptionist doesn't move her ass to show, instead mentions the wrong door with a punch code(it is obvious that it happened before as the code is still on the punch pad). The correct pad is actually on the handle of the next door that you need magnifier to find it ,if it is your first time. Then writes down 1/1/1/ which is supposed to be 1st door,1st bed and 1st locker. Skip this hostel if you are light and early sleeper as the tram line passes next door and it turns is quite curvy so the nise is quite annoying and happenes periodically. There is also noise from wooden floor and bed brames each time you move, Basically you have tiptoe to in order to make less noise. However, the major drawback is the bathroom cailities rather the lack of it only one bathroom for so many guests. I had to wait more than one hour and eventually gave up. On the plus side, it has great location only few minutes to the old town centre. It also is quite clean. For the price you pay which is about half the average hotel, next time I would definitely stay in a hotel. It is your choice.

GGuest UserIt is very close to the scenic spot. It takes five minutes to reach the large commercial district, 5 minutes to the market, and 5 minutes to the scenic spot. Although the conditions of this youth hostel trip are average, the transportation is really convenient, and the bus from the airport to the youth hostel is also very convenient. In a word, it is a place where you can play without spending much money. The sky was pink when I took the photo at 4pm.
