"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, free of any unpleasant odors, the air conditioning worked very well, and the water pressure in the shower was strong. The reception staff were friendly, polite, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The only downside was that the room was not very soundproof, so I could hear some noise from outside and neighboring rooms. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would consider staying here again. 👍🏻😊"

"The air conditioning was great, and the owner was very nice. The water pressure in the shower was strong, and there was plenty of free parking. The milk from the farm was delicious and fresh."

"the room was clean.the aircond is good.we didnt see much the t.v but it was working fine.the bed was comfortable.but if extra pillow would be better as they only provided 2 pillow.the reception was polite and helpful.the location very near 2 min away from Alor Setar Mall.from city centre a bit away maybe 10minutes but it is o.k as we rent a car.it was quiet at night so you can get a peaceful sleep.there is iron outside the room.the wifi is o.k but not too strong.the room quite small for 2 person but o.k for us as we only sleep for a night.overall is good and sure we can repeat the hotel if come again to Alor Setar."

"The location is close to interesting places.. the place to eat is also easy.. next to the hotel there is finger-licking delicious kandar rice.. the hotel is clean, equipped with a heater, soap, towels and TV.. there is mineral water.. equipped with windows for good lighting.. service easy checkin and checkout.. worth the price just to relax."

"The hotel was okay, but the toilet flushed very poorly. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The bedding didn't seem fresh, so we asked for the sheets and pillowcases to be changed, and they did it. There's a pool at the hotel, but it was full of kids (maybe a sports group), all wearing swim caps. We decided not to swim with them."

"Had a good stay! The staff were Great. Everything was clean and organized. The toilets were clean and everything was in good condition. Overall, a pleasant stay!"

"That is, at first we came to alor setar day trip. Did not intend to stay at the school We didn't come back, so we booked on the trip. The day we came during the Raya festival A lot of people when we booked, saw this school, the price was ok. But didn't see that check-in by yourself At that time, it was about to go in the evening, very tired. Because taking the bus to the school The first thing at that time, we were very shocked. Is check-in by yourself And we are Thai That when I can speak a little Malay At that time, I felt work. Book and will stay still. Stomach pain, peeing too Therefore walked to ask the convenience store that Clinton survived a bathroom and came back to check-in again. But didn't try to call, no one answered the call by himself Fortunately, there was a Chinese Male person to help us. He helped contact us so he went to the room. If not, Male, how will it enter? Tang has paid. When entering, there are not many amenities, there is air conditioner, TV, 2 bottles of water, tissue, cloth, check the room, clean, but There was some noise When checking out, we sent a message that we would ask for a late check-in. Afraid that we could not leave at noon Finally, try to call to get a deposit of $50. Here there will be a $10 tourist tax. What do we want to recommend the hotel? 1.If you are a self check-in service, you should tell the cover of the trip that you check in by yourself. because maybe the customer didn't read it. Or before pressing to confirm that there is a self check-in. 2.when checking in by yourself should follow the affordable price We went to Penang last year. There is a very good receptionist, just send a passport, you can check in quickly too, there are still more facilities, more close to attractions, the price is still cheaper. 3. At the check-in cabinet There should be other language as well. That is not just English, Malay, Chinese, should have Thailand as well. Because Thailand is close to Malaysia 4. There should be an emergency press time. Contact the staff how many minutes should wait And recommend that there should be a bathroom service for customers as well 5. There should be a recommendation sign for check-in as 1234. P.S. For tourists The hotel is a service work. There should be at least 1 staff to take care of so that there is an emergency need help. We know that the hotel wants to save staff costs. Therefore have to reduce this part But what is for the school is the service of safety. For us, we thank this event. Making us train more languages, not speaking language, but reading language. Because the world is changing But anyway, having staff is very reassuring."

"Just nice during emergency. Most of hotels were sold out so we got no choice. Luckily the room is spacious but leather supply is too slowm hope they will improve"
