"The hotel is very close to Bern Station, within walking distance. Located on the west side of Bern's historic center, walking east directly into the heart of the old town makes it very convenient for walking tours. Free freshly ground coffee is available in the common areas. The room was quite small, lacking a desk or small refrigerator (a shared refrigerator is available in the common areas), but overall it was quite comfortable. Light sleepers should bring earplugs, as the historic Bern clock tower is so close that you can still hear the bells ringing in the early morning hours."

"Nice little hotel in the Bern Area. Check-in was a bit rough though, as online, it would frequently glitch and was a little bit hard to use. However, the rooms themselves were great, as they had all the amenities a good hotel would need, and also some comfy beds!"

The only issues for me were that room was very very small for two of us with large suitcases and the shower was a bit too intense with the pressure.

• Upon arrival, the male staff welcomed me with a cheerful tone that immediately made me feel friendly and comfortable in Bern.
• After check-out, the female staff kindly allowed me to store my baggage so I could enjoy a full day exploring the city. She also let me rest in the lobby while waiting for my train, without any hesitation.

"We went to Switzerland on a rental car trip and really needed a kitchen.
Local food is very expensive and not very tasty...so we were looking for a place with a kitchen and found Staycook and stayed there.
First of all, the private kitchen had two induction stoves and a microwave, so it was great to cook and eat (there were basic utensils such as small frying pans and plates).
Also, it was connected to a parking lot, so it was great to drive around. However, please note that the parking fee is separate (about 24 francs per day).
Also, the only thing that was good but inconvenient while staying was that we checked in online and the room key was online, so if the data or Wi-Fi was slow, the doors to the entrance, elevator, room, rooftop terrace, etc. would open slowly.
During my stay, I had a problem with this app and couldn't open the door. I wandered around in front of the room for about 10 minutes before a staff member came and opened it for me.
The online key was very inconvenient.."

"This hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you"

ZZhongshujiaoranVery pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours. The last day of breakfast remembers the wrong time, when we went to breakfast, we started to receive the meal, or let us take the bread to eat on the road. Promised to write a review for the boss, I hope he can understand Chinese.

HHime MomoThe hotel is very conveniently located, just over a 10-minute walk downhill from the train station. The front desk provides a complimentary one-day public transport pass, allowing guests to take the cable car back up to the hotel from the train station for free – incredibly convenient! The rooms were basic but spotless. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, which was a huge relief and made communication effortless. The breakfast, in particular, was outstanding – incredibly diverse with a wide selection of cheeses and salami. In famously expensive Switzerland, such a satisfying breakfast felt like a real treat. We were traveling to Geneva, and found the hotel's location ideal for onward travel. The hotel is accessed via a cable car, its lower station conveniently located directly opposite the train station. From the station, frequent buses (every 10 minutes) go to Fribourg (a 40-minute ride), where numerous trains connect to Geneva, making the total journey approximately 1.5 hours. At first, I found the price (over 2000 a night) steep for what I perceived as a hostel, feeling I could stay at a luxury hotel like a W for that money. However, after my stay, I found it to be exceptionally good. Crucially, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to answer all our questions.

GGuest UserThree-star hotel in a big city. The standard room is not big, the law is quite satisfactory, the decoration is aesthetic...but it is still comfortable and there is no smell in the room. Breakfast is OK, better than the Samsung hotel in the mountains, but in Switzerland, um, for the Chinese, it is OK. It is convenient to take public transportation to the clock tower in the city center by 2 stops. Confirm with the hotel in advance that you can book a paid parking space, about 16 Swiss francs a day. (I can't remember)

1. The hotel leaves the train station bus + walks for about 15 minutes
2. The facade is small, but the service is very good. When we went, the front desk was not yet working. There was an Asian old man on duty and let us store our luggage.
3. Non-24-hour front desk, but the black lady at the front desk is very good
4. There are not many overall attractions in Bourne, but the hotel can be reached on foot.
5, because there is a Swiss pass we do not have a bus card for Bourne, so the hotel does not charge us tax, but there is no guarantee that friends after the same.
6, the room is very quiet, not facing the street
Finally, most importantly, the hotel presented fruit, biscuits, capsule coffee and drinking water. It must be praised for taking people's things. Haha, this trip is the best!

WWrochnaIt'd the right standard and price for this type of lodging. It's a little away from the Old Town but then again, Bern is small enough that this doesn't really mean much - just a short walk. It's clean and quiet at night which is all I wanted.
The staff were friendly and helpful, they even brought me an electric kettle I asked for - though I believe there were also some communal ones in the small kitchenette on the floor. Overall, I'd stay there again.

There are also many choices for breakfast (it is one of the few hotels in Switzerland where I have eaten a variety of cakes. It is delicious and the location is very close to the station square.
