"Conveniently located near Zermatt HBF. Clean and spacious room, can see the Matterhorn tip from the balcony, will be better if I was allocated a higher level. Simple breakfast included, friendly reception , no early check in but can leave luggages with them. Overall, it’s a nice hotel to stay especially if you don’t want to drag your big luggage around. Oh.. there’s no fan and aircon in the room so have to open the window and can be wake up by the train track sound."

"The room was incredibly spacious with breathtaking views from the window. The bathroom had a bathtub, and the shower pressure was surprisingly strong for a high-altitude location, which was very comfortable. The breakfast and dinner, included with the stay, were different every day and delicious. Catching the sunrise in the morning is an exclusive experience for guests, and on the last day, I even got to see the 'Morgenrot' (alpenglow), which was absolutely amazing. On Thursday evenings, there's a free stargazing event with commentary from University of Bern researchers, where you can admire the beautiful night sky through the hotel's top-floor telescope."

Zermatt has these electric vehicles that transport guests to hotels further from the station, so some places might offer shuttle services. However, if you don't want the hassle of booking one, this hotel is a perfectly good option. My only minor complaints were the awkward placement of the power outlets and the lack of one by the bed."

Having breakfast on site makes mornings much easier, especially if you’re planning an early start for skiing, hiking, or taking one of the mountain railways. From a practical perspective, the central location means you can easily access lifts, train connections, and walking routes without needing any additional transport. Everything feels close by, which is a big advantage in a destination like Zermatt. I would highly recommend Hotel Parnass for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable hotel in Zermatt. It’s a great option if you want to be in the heart of the town with easy access to everything while still enjoying a relaxed alpine atmosphere."

"The room was completely unexpected and a complete surprise. It was incredibly large, much larger than most hotels in China. While most European hotels are like little pigeon coops, this one had a large bathroom, a spacious living room, and even enough space for an L-shaped leather sofa. Best of all, there was a huge balcony with a view of the Matterhorn. No need to wake up early or stay up late to see the golden mountain at sunrise. The facilities were complete, the breakfast was plentiful, the front desk was friendly, and they even offered luggage storage."

"Location is slightly further from the train station, however you can hire a local EV taxi for est. CHF5/person from hotel to the train station (together with your luggages). Breakfast spread was decent and would recommend if you’re traveling on a budget to Zermatt. Down the road you’re able to see this Matterhorn view!"
