"Parking is convenient. There are many restaurants across the street. Although the hotel is only three stories high, it still has an elevator for easy access. From what I saw online, it seems this is the only hotel in Beitun that offers breakfast. A special shout-out to the beautiful owner—young, beautiful, approachable, cheerful, and fluent in Mandarin. She manages the hotel at night. When guests raise issues at the front desk, she promptly dispatches them, handles them flexibly, and thoughtfully arranges for a comfortable stay. If I have a complaint, it's that some equipment produces a low-frequency noise when it's running. Younger, sleepy people might not mind it, but older people like us who have trouble sleeping are more sensitive to it."

The rooms are clean and tidy, well-equipped, with comfortable bedding, good soundproofing, and excellent sleep quality. The service is warm and attentive; the staff are friendly, responsive, and helpful. The breakfast is varied, delicious, and great value for money—highly recommended. Most importantly, the bedding is incredibly comfortable, especially the mattress—it's amazing! It offers a perfect balance of firmness and softness. It's a godsend for those who prefer a firm mattress. I absolutely love it! From now on, whenever I travel or go on business in Beitun, I'll only sleep in the City Star Hotel's beds. It's sooooo comfortable!"

"The friend who drives may not be convenient. The parking space in front of his hotel may not be enough, but the place to eat next to it is too convenient to buy things. The hygiene is very clean and there is no smell. The shower shower is a little problem, that is, there is no disposable slippers. I came to Altay for a trip in July, but it’s okay to be alone."

"The front desk service was excellent; they did their best to meet all our needs and even upgraded our room for free, including breakfast. The restaurant they recommended was also quite good, with a nice atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, and free parking was very convenient. When traveling, it's always more reassuring to choose a chain hotel, and we chose this one based on their reviews. It certainly didn't disappoint us! Highly recommended!"

The room is clean, well-equipped, and has good soundproofing. I slept until noon and didn't go for breakfast. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. I would just remind friends who travel early to leave 5-10 minutes for the deposit refund. This is something I suggest you improve.

Very good. I stay here every time I come to Beitun. The front desk also provides free business opportunities to upgrade the room type and equipment. The sanitation is very clean. If you need to make up anything, it will be delivered to the room in time. It's very good.

Come to Beitun to do something, see this hotel on the Internet, there are many places to eat around, the front desk is very enthusiastic to introduce the fun and delicious surroundings, the room is comfortable and clean, the lights in the corridor look very good, less than ten minutes from the hotel is the famous Pingdingshan Park here, The scenery is very good, it is good to go for a walk after dinner at night.

The room is quite large, with inner windows and there will be noise when people walk in the corridor, and the overall sound insulation is slightly poor.
