"This stay was exceptionally good! The hotel was spotless and tidy, the room was immaculate and odor-free, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. It was a very comfortable stay. Regarding facilities, everything from the bedding and bathroom fixtures in the room to the elevators and lounge area in public areas was well-maintained, making it convenient and reassuring to use. The service was impeccable, especially the front desk staff. From check-in to check-out, they were incredibly helpful and attentive, not only efficient but also proactively recommending nearby restaurants and sightseeing routes, and patiently answering any questions I had. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city!"

"Don't be fooled by the hotel's exterior! The interior is truly impressive! As soon as the car stopped, a staff member came over to ask if we needed help with our luggage, which was quite touching. Having stayed in many hotels, big and small, I never expected to receive such welcoming service in a hotel with such an unassuming exterior. It was very kind of me. The room itself was quite nice; they upgraded us to a different room type for free, and the whole room was equipped with smart technology, a stark contrast to the exterior. The owner told me that many people canceled their bookings after seeing the outside and being disappointed, which is a real shame. The breakfast on the second day was also excellent, all freshly made, with a home-style flavor that was very comforting. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

Because we had just arrived and didn't have all the necessary supplies, the hotel service was very welcoming. They were quick to deliver items when we called, and even during the heavy snow, they were available day and night – we were so touched! We'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended, especially for families with children, as the play area is large and safe."
