Although it rained the day we arrived, so we didn't see the snow-capped mountains or the starry sky, lying in the warm little house at night was still very comfortable. And Balangsheng was beautiful even in the rain. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. I recommend the beef fried rice and the stir-fried beef with scallions! The chef was also a ******* young man, and he was very hospitable.

A huge thank you to the owner and their family for their wonderful care! I caught a bad cold and developed a high fever in Balang County that day. The owner was incredibly kind, providing me with medicine and hot tea. I was so unwell that I couldn't properly thank them at the time, nor did I have the energy to fully enjoy the stay. I headed back to Chongqing the very next day once I felt a bit better. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends when I get the chance! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tagong. From the moment I walked in, the service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As a pleasant surprise, I was even given a free upgrade to a room with a larger bed. The rooms are brand new and beautifully designed. My room had a magnificent view over the grasslands, which made the stay even more special. Everything felt very comfortable and modern, and the shower was excellent. A particularly thoughtful feature was the built-in oxygen machine, which is very helpful at this altitude. Breakfast was also great, with a tasty selection that included vegetables, fruits, and some sweets. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for the price. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Tagong.

The room design and setup were decent, but the service was questionable. The female receptionist was quite friendly, but a male man who seemed to be the manager was very rude. For a room costing over 700 yuan, we asked for two extra bottles of mineral water, but the manager said it would cost extra. We opted to forgo the water but requested an extra bath towel. The manager deliberately brought us a towel with a burn hole. When we asked for a replacement, he brought us another towel with a burn hole. Only after we asked again did he finally provide a clean towel. Of course, we didn't dare use it anymore. This was almost the first time in recent years we'd encountered such service, and our hopes of staying here again this summer have completely vanished!
