This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The facilities are brand new, and it's primarily a cinema-themed hotel. It boasts a huge projector screen, and the best part is that they provide a membership, so you can watch movies without having to subscribe yourself, unlike other cinema hotels! The viewing experience is superb; I haven't encountered a better one anywhere else! They even provide complimentary popcorn and drinks 🥤! The location is perfect, right on Julu Road in the charming Wutong District, ideal for a city walk! While the price is a bit on the higher side, it is Shanghai after all! I'll definitely stay here again!

Choosing the right accommodation truly elevated our Disney experience! The hotel's location is superb, making dining, entertainment, and transportation incredibly convenient. The room hygiene was impeccable; it was so clean and tidy that we felt completely relaxed. The front desk staff were attentive and reliable, making check-in a breeze, and they were proactive in resolving any requests we had. The complimentary shuttle service to and from Disneyland was a thoughtful touch, making transport hassle-free. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the toiletries were high-quality, offering a great user experience. We also enjoyed the free massage chairs in the lobby, along with freshly ground coffee and daily brewed plum juice available at all times. On a night we returned late from the park, our clothes hadn't dried, and a staff member thoughtfully offered to dry and fold them for us. This level of detailed service truly made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

My child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try. I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card. Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue. As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.

The rooms are clean and tidy, predominantly featuring a minimalist modern decor with wood tones and white accents, creating a fresh and elegant ambiance for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is a buffet with a rich variety of options; the freshly cooked noodles and mini wontons are particularly popular, with a free choice of toppings. The front desk staff are friendly and highly responsive, striking a perfect balance—never overly intrusive, yet always on hand to assist promptly when needed.

If your are solo travelling in Shanghai, look no further this is the one!! THE STAFF＞＞＞ I lost my phone while drunk and they went above an beyond in contacting the didi in which I left it. I can’t thank them enough. They also helped with sending back taobao packages,… overall you can really ask them anything. About the amenities: the room and bathroom are up to standard, the gym although very basic has everything for a small routine and a second room for stretching, yoga etc. The washing room has free machines and a drying space. The main area downstairs is comfortable but loud, upstairs they have a more quiet, study type room. Overall no regrets about my stay here.

I stayed here for one night on a business trip to Shanghai's West Bund and my overall experience far exceeded expectations. The hotel is right next to Xuhui Riverside and the West Bund Art Center, which made commuting for meetings incredibly convenient. I could even walk to the riverside promenade for a relaxing stroll after work. The entire hotel has a newly renovated Zen-inspired style, with quiet and elegant public areas. The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding was soft and thick, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful sleep even after working late. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and polite. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, with the noodle dishes being particularly delicious. They also have a washer-dryer combo and a gym, covering all the essential amenities for business travelers. This is definitely my top choice for business trips, and I'll rebook here whenever I'm in the West Bund area again.

It was pretty good. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport, the price was reasonable, and breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff were all young and friendly, and check-in was very quick. The room was spacious and quiet. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the airport, about a 30-minute shuttle ride, but I was informed of this when I called beforehand. Overall, it's great value for money. My city is only a 2-hour drive from Pudong Airport, but for a good night's rest and to avoid the risk of traffic jams, staying overnight is more suitable for early morning or late-night flights.

The hotel's laundry service, priced at just one yuan per item, was incredibly convenient. It was great to be able to wash clothes accumulated during my travels right there, and the price was very reasonable. The parking lot at the entrance, costing 10 yuan per day, made it very convenient for those driving. The hotel's location is excellent, with numerous restaurants and convenience stores nearby, offering a wide variety of choices for dining and shopping. The in-room Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable, making streaming videos and working smoothly. The indoor facilities were well-maintained and easy to use. My entire stay was comfortable and worry-free. The attention to detail truly showed the hotel's dedication. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, and I had no complaints at all. I've already recommended it to my travel companions, and if I come to Minhang again, this will be my top choice. I also recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation.

The room was decent, aside from a minor issue with the showerhead base and no nightlight. However, the location is absolutely unbeatable – so convenient, right on the pedestrian street! The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the young lady who was incredibly thoughtful. This will definitely be my top choice again when I return to Shanghai.
