The location I would say it was not near MRT but near mall which it was not bad so all the trip mostly we called didi
The staff was not be able to speak english at all but they all quite helpful.
I was at 6 floor the ceiling and bed was really close I can touch the ceiling and every morning next to my window will have renovation around 7-8 am and it was loud.
Overall was okay.The lady helped us clean the room everyday but only wonāt change the bedsheet for the 4 nights stay. But anyway thanks to her she was a nice lady"

"I was impressed with this hotel, all the staffs are friendly. They always say ä½ å„½ every time. And when I was staying there it's corresponding to my birthday, I'm outside all day and when I'm back to my room I saw a little cake and the candle with a Happy Birthday's note on the table. I really appreciated what they do so much and the cake was delicious.
And when I checked out they give me a beautiful hand cream and thank you note again.
So I will definitely be back again."

Service: Provided free airport pick-up and drop-off. The staff communicated through Trip.com chat box for instructions. The name of the hotel (in Chinese and in English)is printed on the bus and the driver carries a placard with the name of the hotel written on it too. A bilingual voice-over gave instructions on the shuttle bus.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff asked me about the time of my airport drop- off.

"Pleasantly clean, but the good impression was spoiled by cigarette smoke blown out of the air con from time to time. Admittedly, we were very kindly offered a change of room. The problem of guests breaking the rules and smoking should not affect all the other guestsā air con, though: this indicates a major fault in the hotelās entire air conditioning system, which ought to be addressed. - - - It was great to have a park right opposite, with some outdoor gym equipment. - - - The staff were responsive and polite, but unsmiling and diffident. - - - It was good to have a nice range of breakfast options, both Chinese and Western, and I particularly enjoyed the availability of sourdough bread (rare in China). - - - We also enjoyed the close proximity of the Bund, which is within walking distance."

GGuest UserFrom the moment we arrived, the experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. One of the staff specially took us to explore the different types of room so we can decide which room type to take which we really appreciate!! The location is so accessible!!We can reach the main tourist attractions like Xintiandi, Yuyuan and Nanjing road within 10 mins by their cab Didi and costs less than USD$3 only and the pick up and drop off point is just in front of the hotel which is so easy for us!!They even offer free popcorn and drinks and amenities like travel sunblock cream, soap, floss, body cream throughout our stay!!All of the staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional ā always greeting us with genuine smiles and going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable such as helping us to book ******* delivery and helping us to collect our taobao parcels.
Our room was spotless clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared such as the toilet seat with a warm function. Every detail, from the amenities to the housekeeping, reflected the hotelās high standards and care for guests.
Special mention to the front desk teamā their friendliness and helpful recommendations truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

GGuest UserMy friends and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and went out of their way to help us with all our requests.
Our room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after long days of exploring.
The biggest highlight for our group was the complimentary shuttle service. The free rides to Disney and the Wild Animal Park were a massive convenience and saved us a lot of time and hassle arranging transportation. To top it all off, they also offer a shuttle to Pudong Airport, which made our departure completely stress-free.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially friends and families visiting the theme parks. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip!

The original room I booked quite old and the toilet in the bathroom did not flush properly. So , the staff then upgraded the room for me which was newer, cleaner, more spacious, and in better condition. The room also have a refrigerator and a washing machine, but no iron. However, in both the original room and upgraded room, the water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak, and the hot water took several minutes to warm up. This could be an issue for guests staying during the winter.
Location:
The property is located in a commercial building directly connected to a shopping mall, making it very convenient with plenty of dining options both inside the shopping mall and from surrounding street vendors and supermarkets. The metro station is just a few steps away from the apartment.
In front of the apartment has a variety of childrenās play equipment, which kids really enjoy. And Zhoupu night market is about 15-minute walk away , where you can find plenty of local street food, clothing stalls, and restaurants.
However, the apartment building is mostly occupied by local Chinese residents, and there are small businesses such as nail salons and massage shops on the same floor as the daily-rental rooms. As a result, the walk to the room feels a bit less private. As well as food delivery riders can also take the elevator directly to the guest floors since many residents frequently order food delivery. The hallways and elevators are quite old.
Overall:
The room offers good value for money with an excellent location and easy access to food and transportation.

GGuest UserVery good hotel in a pretty good location. Middle distance to subway 10~15 minutes to metro station but a lot of small restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The district is clean and beautiful. Speaking about amenities I don't understand how cleaning works. I mean we were not staying in the room in the afternoon and needed to ask to make up our room especially. I don't like to stay in the center of the city but the location of the hotel was convenient and nice.

WWOOI YII stayed here as a foreign guest and had an issue with my parcel delivery. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful in solving it. I truly appreciate their support and hospitality ā it made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel is very clean, and the location is excellent ā right next to the metro station. LLydia ShiService has been excellent, we arrived earlier in the morning and not only were we given an upgrade, we got the room earlier when we went to deposit our luggage at 8-9am.
Pleasant stay, great location near to many fab eateries and shopping street. But not for those who may be sensitive to noise/ as we could hear the cars. But not too bothered really.

JJuju1978Location is great, they provide laundry soaps/laundry machine which is great. Breakfast is so so. We had a room overlooking a side alley and we changed the room. The passage to the new room was wet and dripping, there was mold. It was actually disgusting to see that. Our stay was ok, i do not want to bash them, but surely it is not good health wise for your clients to sleep in a moldy place.
The staff are ok.

GGuest UserThis is my second stay. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Sixth and Eighth Hospitals. It is very convenient to travel here for medical treatment in other places. The environment is also very good, clean and tidy, with complete toiletries, suitable bathing water pressure, a microwave at the front desk, and it is very convenient to heat up meals and dishes. The front desk lady is very nice. Seeing that we have wheelchair guests, she took the initiative to help us change the room on the first floor for our convenience. The overall experience is very good. The living environment, cost-effectiveness and service are all very satisfactory. It is a highly recommended hotel. If you come to Shanghai and live nearby, this is definitely the first choice šš»
