"We had an excellent stay at Youli Hotel. The location is very good as it is just few minutes away from everywhere we want to go in Shanghai. It is also very near to the Metro Station. Basically the location is 10 out 10! For muslims, u can easily walk to GuanGuanJi Halal Restaurant and Halal Hot Pot from the hotel. Below is also a Family Mart and across the stress there is Luckin. The staffs are also very helpful and courteous. I would like to applaud all of them for the excellent customer service. We can easily contacy them via WeChat for all our needs. Well done YouLi Hotel!! I will definitely come back to stay if am in Shanghai and will also recommend Youli Hotel to my friends!"

"My flight landed at 2 AM due to a thunderstorm, and since there was no subway running home, I spontaneously booked a room at this hotel. Even though it was a last-minute decision, the service was quite good. The front desk staff, especially one lady, was incredibly helpful with all my requests, haha. The cleanliness was acceptable, though I do hope the hotel considers replacing their towels. However, for the price, I think it's perfectly fine and acceptable. I was also informed upon check-in about the shuttle service to the airport, which was a very thoughtful touch."

"I really enjoyed staying here! It’s in the center of the touristic area. You can take a walk to East and West Nanjing Road, and even Xintiandi within 5-10 minutes. The room was very clean amenities were nice too. The only downside of this hotel is that you need to take a walk to metro station. But you can definitely use Didi so it wouldn’t be a problem. Reasonable price with perfect condition. Highly recommended!"

I was really anxious when I realized it was missing. The front desk lady was very patient and gently calmed me down. She carefully asked about the route I had taken and diligently helped me search and verify. She was attentive and responsible throughout the entire process and eventually helped me retrieve my item, which was incredibly heartwarming. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient, with no tedious waiting. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, providing meticulous and thorough service. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find food. The overall experience far surpassed other hotels in the same price range. Whether for leisure travel or business trips, this is a highly recommended hotel! I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area and sincerely recommend it to everyone!"

"Fantastic hotel! Excellent value for money. There are plenty of food options right across the street, making dining very convenient. I especially want to highlight the room – it's incredibly spacious and clean! There's even a small room perfect for working, which is a huge plus for business travelers. Coming back after a long day at the exhibition, I truly felt comforted. They even provide two different types of pillows to choose from, and the TV is huge. All in all, my stay was absolutely wonderful!"
