"This hotel is ideally located for shopping and access to street food and restaurants. We couldn’t be more pleased with this hotel. The room was large and very clean. Room facilities were also very good with a smart toilet. The hotel does a free laundry service which was a great help. The only area that could do with fixing up is the flooring on the lift but that didn’t affect our stay. Most important of any establishment is the staff. Every single personnel we met were so helpful and patient, from the housekeeper, kitchen staff, laundry room staff. The girls at reception really offered a first class service. I would certainly book this hotel again should I ever go back to Yichang."

"Newly opened hotel in 24 years, all facilities are very new, from Xiao Ai students voice closing windows, playing music, to smart toilets, all reflect wisdom. The young ladies and brothers in the lobby have a very good service attitude, gentle attitude and smile, help upgrade the room, and extend the check-out time. give a like. The location is superb, very close to Yichang East Railway Station, making catching the high-speed train a breeze and providing easy access to the Three Gorges scenic area. A special shout-out to Ms. Du Xinyu at the front desk! Her service was warm and professional, check-in was efficient and smooth, and she even thoughtfully provided information on Three Gorges tourism and nearby restaurants, making me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel environment is elegant, and the rooms are clean and comfortable – truly a top choice for travelers to Yichang!"

"This hotel is located right behind the Crystal Hotel on the Yichang riverside. The sign is completely invisible; I actually drove past it the first time and had to loop back around. It's odd that one hotel has two sets of signs. The front desk upgraded me to a river view room, but honestly, I wouldn't recommend booking one because the road below is a bit noisy. The room itself isn't very large, but the facilities are quite new. The front desk staff were very friendly, and parking was relatively convenient! However, there's construction nearby, and the entrance to the ground parking lot is a bit narrow."

"It was my first time to visit Yichang and my first time staying at Kaisheng Hotel. It felt very good. As soon as I entered the lobby, the decoration was very grand. The fatigue of the car ride was gone. The room was spacious and comfortable. I washed my hair very clean and then used conditioner. My hair was not dry at all. The breakfast was also very rich. The most important thing is that I want to go there. The place is only a five-minute walk away. Everything here feels very comfortable. Tingting Zhuzi at the front desk has a good attitude."

"1. Hotel location is perfect as the Three Gorges Tourist Center is just diagonal opposite the hotel, and Wanda Shopping Mall is also just next to it. 2. The hotel is new, and the smell of the new wooden furniture is too strong and I guess that's why some of the doors of the unoccupied room (included mine) were open which I personally felt a bit uncomfortable as any guess may just step in to any room to do something silly. 3. I stayed for 3 nights, and 1st 2 nights was ok but on the 3rd night, someone checked-in and occupied next to my room, I was in the middle of my sleep and suddenly a piercing sound entered my ears, the sound last for almost 1 min and it seems not ending and so I contacted the counter to seek for help, the counter staff explained that the location of the toilet of room# 1310 is next to the bedframe of room# 1309, they can send me the ear plug for time being and let me change the room the next day. I told them I will be checking out the next day and I am not use to sleep with an ear plug, I hope the sound will end soon and I also tell the staff to escalate this matter up. During my check-out, the counter staff had asked how was my stay and I told her the incident too. I told her that I am not happy especially when the hotel said they can help me to change the room on the next day, my comment was if the hotel already know of this problem, so why are they still arrange guest to stay in room# 1310?? At the end of the day, I am being given some snacks and small souvenirs and 2 bottles of mineral water as compensation. My question to the hotel: why put the blame on the design/layout and not employee training?? Why you know this is the problem but yet still allow the problematic room to be occupied? For the seek of the reputation of the hotel, please shut down the problematic room until you fixed the problem!"
