"The hotel is new and in good condition. The location is convenient, with a large shopping mall across the street offering plenty of dining options. We booked a twin room and a double room. We needed an extra blanket for the double bed, as the hotel didn't have any extras. Hopefully, they can provide more blankets if needed. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay."

GGuest UserLet me start with my first impression upon entering the room. The hotel environment was clean and elegant, giving a sense of spaciousness. The facilities were comprehensive, and there was even an air purifier – great for your skin when sleeping with it on. The bedding also looked brand new, which was a nice touch. In the bathroom, the shower had excellent water pressure, and hot water came out instantly! It was such a comfortable shower. The room's soundproofing was also good. It was very clean, well-ventilated, and had plenty of sunlight. There's a large, super comfy and soft sofa, perfect for lounging. There's also a small table for convenient work, ample lighting, and fast internet. The room has a small wardrobe, which was very handy for hanging clothes. The washing machine and dryer are on the 7th floor, and the hotel even offers laundry and drying services, which is truly excellent. Overall, a great experience! The lobby was also beautiful and spacious, clean and elegant, with very enthusiastic staff who were knowledgeable about the surrounding area. It's very close to the pedestrian street, which was fun to explore. Parking at the hotel was convenient. The breakfast was quite delicious, and the service was great, with staff even explaining the different options! In the afternoon, the lobby offered complimentary fruits, snacks, and cold drinks. In the room, there were even eye masks, razors, and earplugs! The lobby also had many other amenities. This was the first time I've stayed somewhere so comfortable on a business trip!

The service staff is gentle and polite, and check-in and check-out are very fast. The surrounding transportation is convenient, eating and shopping are convenient, next to the free parking lot, the price is super high, whether it is business travel or tourism is very suitable, highly recommended.

However, we did not enjoy the stay because the hotel is filled with cigatette smell all the time. Besides, the cleanliness has much to improved.. Both my pillows have stain on the pillow sheet.

The room was cleaned clean, there was no smell, the decoration was simple and comfortable, the mattress pillow was just soft and hard, the sound insulation was good, and I slept quietly until dawn at night. The front desk lady is very good, check-in is very fast, the breakfast is delicious, the hot water is large, the bathroom is clean, and the equipment is very new and easy to use.
The room has good lighting, the living is not depressed, the sanitary details are in place, and the living is safe and comfortable. Very good value for money, no matter whether you are on a business trip or playing, you will choose this one next time you come to Rongxian!

The room is very quiet and the air conditioning is very strong, so it is very quiet when sleeping at night. There are many shops for eating downstairs and a large supermarket for shopping. It is within walking distance of Rongzhou Ancient City. The breakfast is average. You have to boil the soup noodles yourself. The eggs are served very slowly and you have to wait after you finish eating. There is only one staff member in the breakfast room, and some of the plates for food are not disinfected and are still wet.

This time I came to Rongxian County for a business trip. In order to facilitate the train, I specially chose to be very close to Rongxian Railway Station. From entering the store to leaving the store, the whole experience greatly exceeded my expectations. I must give a five-star praise!

The smile and greeting of the lady at the entry desk are definitely on par with the flight attendants, professional. I called to ask for clothes hangers, and the supervisor directly helped me wash, dry, and fold them. The service was excellent! I got up late and went to have a meal. The waiter called it a day. The supervisor directly dialed his mobile phone to order ** takeout for me. Although I refused, I was so moved! In one word, I am convinced.
