The breakfast selection was incredibly abundant, and most importantly, the hotel facilities are so new and top-notch! The smart fragrance system in the room smelled wonderful – fruity top notes, woody middle notes, and herbal base notes – it was so relaxing! The one-button master lighting, blackout curtains, and individually pocketed spring mattress made me never want to get up! The smart toilet is perfect for winter, and the high-flow rain shower is incredibly relaxing! The Xin·Gravity New Energy Vehicle Lifestyle Plaza is right downstairs, and it's adjacent to the Fourth People's Hospital. Shopping at Huashang International City is super convenient, and the nearby Lantern Park and Fantawild Dinosaur Kingdom are easily accessible! The wake-up service was also incredibly thoughtful! I didn't get enough of this stay, so I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to Zigong. I'll make sure to give it my best! ✨"

"This place is really convenient
But there are a few things that I can’t stand!
First: The windowsill in the room was covered with dust when the children lay on it! And hair! See picture
Second: The elevator was very slow. After waiting for a long time, I met the housekeeping lady who brought a bunch of cardboard boxes and empty bottles to sell as waste! There was basically no room for us to sit!
Third: The front desk staff is not familiar with the customer service capabilities at night. The guest room called the front desk 4-5 times but no one answered! Finally, I called the phone number I found on the platform and he answered it, and he denied that he didn’t answer the phone! Very angry! The elevator is so slow, otherwise I would have gone downstairs to get what I needed!
Fourth: Turning on the air conditioner is as good as not turning it on, and the quilt is so thin that it doesn’t feel like anything! A duvet, I guess? I didn't feel it at all, I was wearing a sweater at night! The physical sensation is huge!
Fifth: At 9 o'clock in the morning, people upstairs were moving chairs frantically! It lasts a long time! There is no way to rest properly!

"The hotel is located in the commercial street, together with Atour and Four Seasons. Compared with those two, it has the best value for money. However, there are two problems with the service. First, the parking lot is in the commercial street parking lot. There is no hotel sign at all after the vehicle enters. There are more than 30 elevators in the entire parking lot, and I don’t know where to park the car to get to the hotel elevator. Secondly, I booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk did not take the initiative to give me a breakfast coupon when I checked in. I had to ask before I got it. The service experience was very bad!"

GGuest UserI was very pleasantly surprised with my stay at GreenTree Eastern Hotel. The hotel is located near several malls which have a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. I would highly recommend this area to people who want to be in downtown Zigong. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was very nice. My only complaint is that the bed was hard for Western standards but this hotel seems to mostly cater to locals who prefer harder beds. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Zigong!
