"The hotel was lovely, clean, spacious and had a great view from our ocean-facing room. It was within walking distance of Hagi castle town so the location was great. I didn't book a room with meals included in the evening so the front desk staff were very kind and introduced me to lots of delicious restaurants. The bath was also spacious and clean. I took a bath in the open-air bath early in the morning so it was a little cold, but it felt really good. I was surprised at how much breakfast there was, so I couldn't finish it. It was delicious and I was very satisfied, and I'd like to visit this inn again. Thank you for your hospitality."

"Having similar apartment booked with the same host for the trip. Frankly, overall experience is good, though this property is a little dusty. Hagi is not a city for shopping, also found it difficult for dining out though quite a number of restaurants around, most of them were fully booked on the day we stay. "Hagi Prefecture is not that big, so the hotel is relatively close to Higashi-Hagi Station. There are no more service staff except the front desk. But everything is well thought out for you."

"The hotel was smaller than it looked in the video. One thing that bothered me was that the TV in the room would not turn on, so I wondered if it was broken. It turned out that the plastic information card in front of the TV was in the way and prevented the sensor from working. It would be better to move it a little.
