"It's a true 5.0 version of Vienna, beautifully decorated and upscale, yet cheaper than the Four Seasons in Zigong. Both the young and old were very satisfied and loved it. The only problem was that the wooden floor, I don't know if it was oiled or maintained, was sticky and not very comfortable to walk on. The front desk staff was also very friendly. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the room had a large window, which was great."

"The smart toilet was useless. The bed felt damp and sticky. The night after checking out, I discovered I was bitten by mites all over my legs. After contacting the hotel, they asked me to provide a hospital diagnosis confirming the mites came from their bedding; otherwise, they couldn't treat it (I had no goodwill towards the hotel because this was impossible to prove unless they took our bedding for testing, which is obviously unreasonable)."
