"Can’t recommend this hotel enough, location , staff and service was amazing. It is abit on a hill, but this didn’t bother me at all. I had the breakfast included and was so pleased, so much to choose from! Staff were super friendly and room was cleaned daily. I did not have the sea view but had a lovely view of palm trees from my room which always had a nice breeze coming. Loved every bit and will most likely stay here again when I visit Salou. Thanks for amazing service 4R Playa Park Hotel."

"On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned."

"The very nice and comfortable rooms, the hotel was fine, some roommates more nice than others but the food from the restaurant frozen and quite bad for what they charge you, except you ask Coca Cola or Fanta and bring you the drink already served The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The buffet was only breakfast and a little small, besides having to make enough row to get in because the dining room is not big enough to cover so many people. The pool is fine, but there is no kind of organization with the hams, each puts it where it wants when it wants and it is a little disaster."

"The location of this Hotel is perfect, close to supermarkets, the beach and several restaurants and bars. You can walk quietly around. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious."

"The hotel is very good and they are reforming it, they should clean the balconies, because there is also dirt with a barbecue already, very good food and variety, animations are very good for children and also for adults. The good thing you open with a bracelet you can make your room and you can put money. In addition the hotel is very big and there are two dining rooms. I'll come back with my son"

"Excellent inexpensive hotel. 15 minutes walk to Port Aventura. The price included half board and it was worth the money. There is a lot of different food. At breakfast, if you come late, you will probably have to stand in line. A lot of children, family hotel. The downside for me was the service in the dining room. First, you can’t wait for the waiter to bring water (it’s paid for at dinners). But as soon as you leave for 30 seconds to get your food, the waiters have already cleared your table with all the food on the plates without even asking. And this happened more than once. The room had a bit dirty floors. No blankets, but warm. Overall would stay again."

"Very comfortable stay in the hotel with very good facilities. Acceptable food at the level of a hotel buffet. The only drawback was the scandal that occurred in the next room, although that is not the hotel's problem but rather society's..."

"Hotel recommended for families, swimming pool with slides where the little ones can entertain themselves and have a good time, spacious rooms with mini fridge and balcony, daily cleaning. Renovated hotel next to a small cove with direct access from the hotel. safety and hygiene (mask), acceptable dining room, I only had breakfast, little evening entertainment but during the day they have activities for the little ones and aquagym for the older ones I liked the location surrounded by greenery and away from the bustle of Salou, you can park In the surroundings there are quite a few shops nearby, mainly French tourists in conclusion better than expected after having read some comments."
