"The room was well-appointed and comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious, with excellent floor drainage that prevented any water from splashing out. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly, apart from one who seemed a bit unfriendly on the first day but was fine later on. What particularly touched me was when we were checking out; a staff member stopped the departing shuttle bus for us and, braving the rain, helped my daughter, our luggage, and me get on board. I'm truly grateful to her! The breakfast was fantastic. I'd gladly return here if I have the opportunity."

"Our family, including children, stayed here. It was our first time, but the staff – from the front desk to those handling luggage and the ones at the entrance – were all incredibly polite and helpful! The bathroom was small, but it's separate from the toilet, so we were very satisfied! We'll definitely be staying here every time from now on!"

"When sleeping on the second floor, the air conditioner blew directly on me, so in winter, it felt like a sauna upstairs and cold downstairs. The amenities provided were abundant and very helpful! When I asked for an extra blanket because I was cold, they kindly lent me one, which was very thoughtful of them!"

"If you’re looking for an affordable hotel in the Disneyland Tokyo area, with 3 morning and evening shuttle bus service to the nearby train and bus station and then Disneyland and Disney sea, this is the hotel. The hotel is room was reasonable and compact but spotless, with two comfortable twin beds, AC ,curtains, and a sleek ensuite bathroom (hot shower + good water pressure).The basics like a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a small desk were provided. While amenities are limited, they cover the essentials: front desk support, luggage storage, and free amenities refills at the front desk. The staff were friendly and efficient. They offered quick check-in/out. The hotel is a bit secluded from places to eat, so you may want to get the hotel buffet breakfast before leaving for the day. Alternatively, you can go to the mall at the train/bus station for more options."

"This was the most spacious hotel I stayed in Japan, though the price wasn't cheap and the room itself was still quite compact. However, it offered good value for money, especially since hotels around amusement parks tend to be very expensive. Luckily, the subway access was super convenient. The sky was so blue, and the ingredients at the conveyor belt sushi place were incredibly fresh. We also had ramen and takoyaki… Generally, you get what you pay for. The octopus in the takoyaki was really chewy and delicious. My kids loved it; they said it had a lot of filling."

"Staying here was a pleasant experience especially since my daughter loves dinosaur. We had some issues checking in but the guy showed up from the back and helped us. The free shuttle to/from maihama station was good but would be better if they operate more trips"

"This is an excellent value hotel. It's about a 20 minute train journey to the centre of Tokyo, with the train station is just a quick 3 minute walk. It is a very working residential Japanese area so you won't see many tourists, and there are a few larger super stores across the road from the hotel and very near-by, as well as places to eat if you want to grab something near the hotel, so its very convenient. The rooms are just big enough for our family of four with super convenient washing machine and vented drying room which is also the show and bathroom ”pod” too. As with most places there is no iron though so consider a travel one. The reception staff are always really friendly. There is Wifi in the rooms, but it is heavily capped so don't expect to use it more than looking things up and sending messages (which is fine for most)."

"The hotel offers at least 4 free shuttle buses, but they only go from the hotel to the JR station, not back. It would be much better if they had a round-trip shuttle that also went to Disney via the JR line. The hotel breakfast is a set meal with several options. There's also a free beverage bar with drinks and coffee starting at 2 PM. The shuttle to Disney during peak morning hours can get quite crowded; I'm not sure if they add extra buses if one fills up."

"I stayed in the economy single room. There was no built-in table, and instead there was a second bed where the table probably used to be. However, the second bed had a cover over it, so it was used as a large sofa rather than a bed. There was a folded-up folding table, but if I wanted to use it, I had to place it in the hallway in front of the bathroom and toilet, which got in the way so I ended up not using it. However, the large sofa (second bed) could be used to store luggage, so it shouldn't be a problem if I wasn't using a laptop or anything like that. A simple breakfast was also included. Although it was simple, it was better than my usual breakfast. Overall, it was more than worth the price. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity to be in the area."
