"I stayed in the economy single room. There was no built-in table, and instead there was a second bed where the table probably used to be. However, the second bed had a cover over it, so it was used as a large sofa rather than a bed. There was a folded-up folding table, but if I wanted to use it, I had to place it in the hallway in front of the bathroom and toilet, which got in the way so I ended up not using it. However, the large sofa (second bed) could be used to store luggage, so it shouldn't be a problem if I wasn't using a laptop or anything like that. A simple breakfast was also included. Although it was simple, it was better than my usual breakfast. Overall, it was more than worth the price. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity to be in the area."

"I stayed here for two days while visiting Disneyland and DisneySea as a birthday present for my friend! The lobby had a cute Minnie Mouse to greet us, and the room itself was filled with Disney-themed designs, which made our stay even more enjoyable! It was only about a 10-minute drive away, so we could relax on the morning of our second day and still make it to the park with plenty of time. I'd love to stay here again next time I visit Disney!"

"This is a typical modern Japanese-style twin room, with the toilet and bathroom separated. The room is quite spacious, featuring two 1.4-meter beds placed side-by-side, easily accommodating four people. It's equipped with a fridge, microwave, electric stove, and three frying pans, so you can cook your own meals. To get to Tokyo Disney, you'll need to take a bus, which costs 280 JPY. The front desk has bus route maps, and there are three lines that go to Disney, making it very convenient. The lobby is on the second floor, and the main entrance is often closed, requiring you to use the intercom, but it's very easy to use. There are three ladies on duty 24/7, so no worries there. A Lawson convenience store is on the ground floor, and a supermarket is behind it. There's also a Matsuya restaurant on the same street. Just a bit further down is Urayasu Station, which is very convenient."

"This was the most spacious hotel I stayed in Japan, though the price wasn't cheap and the room itself was still quite compact. However, it offered good value for money, especially since hotels around amusement parks tend to be very expensive. Luckily, the subway access was super convenient. The sky was so blue, and the ingredients at the conveyor belt sushi place were incredibly fresh. We also had ramen and takoyaki… Generally, you get what you pay for. The octopus in the takoyaki was really chewy and delicious. My kids loved it; they said it had a lot of filling."

"If you’re looking for a convenient location near Disneyland, and you’re coming from elsewhere, this location is great. However, if you’re looking for and hoping for a new place, this isn’t that sort of hotel. It’s rather old and not really refreshed. Also, if you don’t speak a word of Japanese, you might struggle as the reception staff I had didn’t speak English. However, we were fine as I had basic conversational Japanese."

"Staying here was a pleasant experience especially since my daughter loves dinosaur. We had some issues checking in but the guy showed up from the back and helped us. The free shuttle to/from maihama station was good but would be better if they operate more trips"

"We stayed with two people, and we were able to spread out two suitcases with ease. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. There were rental items like hair irons, alarm clocks, irons, and mirrors next to the front desk, which was very convenient. There were small snacks available from 9 PM to 11 PM, which was nice. There is also a free shuttle bus from Maihama to Maihama, and we took the earliest one from the hotel, and we were able to get a seat. From Maihama, you might not be able to get a seat depending on the time. It was great to be able to get to Disney for this price. Highly recommended!"

Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition."

"Great place if you are going to Disneyland. Service was great and room was very clean. We checked out and stored our luggage with the hotel before going to Disneyland and returned to a room with luggage already in our new room! They even joined the beds together like how we had the previous room without me asking (nice touch💕) Location would be fine if I didn’t have to travel with young kids who don’t really like walking as we really like the relax ambience."
