Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. Apartment is located just above the Paradigm mall. We were only given one access key card for our 2 bedroom unit. This caused much inconvenience as we can’t get in and out of the apartment freely as individuals. Unfortunately for us, the washing machine was leaking and unusable. We were only given one bath towel for each of us during our stay, without any hand towels. No toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner and only 2 trash bins/bags in the unit. There’s no microwave and no wine opener too. Every unit is allocated one fixed parking lot. Additional parking requires approval for parking in visitors lot from the guard house. There is no front desk to get help from even during the day. Everything is communicated thru WhatsApp.

They have ample amnesties such as toothbrushes, basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel), mineral water provided in the room. WIFI, TV, fridge, kettle, heated vanity mirror and hair dryer are in excellent working condition. We opted/had a large floor to ceiling window which gave ample lighting to the room.

It is a old condo, there are repair works.. so do take note. Good: Car park is big and is at level 2 for the designated lot. Because other homestay condos that need to go at least 5-6 levels. Location is very near to AEON Tebrau and Mount Austin. Security wise is good, need special pass to enter the car park. Need to produce passport to enter the premises. Bad: The upper deck bed is very hot and stuffy due to the glass panel. It had block out the aircon blowing. My children will have to shift down to sleep on the floor. The tap water at the wash basin, is yellowish. Toilet bowl is leaking causing wetness on the floor. If you are not very fussy and just staying for sleep over for 1-2nights is it fine.

The inside of the couch has caved in and the surface of the table is peeling off. The hairdryer works really well and the location pretty convenient. Thank you.

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

Cleanliness can be improved. The window in toilet was opened, wild birds like pigeon poop on the wall and not to mention spidey from trees nearby... Distance wise is centrally located in middle of Aeon mall, Ikea and toppen mall. GT go-kart is also stones throw away with mininpasar malam. Not encouraged if you are a light sleeper as crows start calling at 5am+ and a lot of noise from main road. It also depends on your luck that other stayers are no as noisy in the living/common area. Basically it is a house that has 4 rooms rented out as homestay with shared kitchen and hall. If you are looking for a budget stay which is convenience then that's fine. Overall i am ok with the stay so would give an overall 3 stars as the owner is also friendly.
