"We booked the deluxe villa with a bathroom because I was particularly drawn to the design of having a small pool in the courtyard. I used it daily, and the privacy felt palpable once I locked the front door. The rooms were well-separated, featuring a cozy living room with a ceiling fan, tables, chairs, and a TV. The bedroom and bathroom were decent-sized and equipped with all the essentials. The daily coffee and bottled water were a pleasant surprise. However, the reception staff were friendly, but the restaurant, bar, and breakfast staff were cold and unfriendly. We only needed to request a room cleaning once, and it was done quickly, but it didn’t feel thorough. Three ladies arrived with cleaning supplies, but they left within 3-5 minutes, changing the towels and water, but not doing much else. We believe you should request a room cleaning, at least that’s what we felt. The breakfast was basic and didn’t get replenished quickly. One morning, we had breakfast and discovered that the milk was spoiled. It had mixed with our coffee and cereal, so we had to leave it. The staff were always cold and unfriendly during breakfast and later at the bar and restaurant. On the positive side, the view from the pool was excellent, and it was peaceful and relaxing to be there. However, I noticed some weeds and smoke around the area, which made me feel a bit sick after inhaling it for a while, even though I’m a non-smoker. Also, there is a nice 711 across the road from the hotel, and it’s in walking distance to get to the haad rin beach"

"The hotel is beautiful and the service friendly and accommodating. It is currently under construction and although they don’t currently have a restaurant or bar there was a cooled room with a large variety of complementary fresh food and drinks. The pool was very nice and had a cooler and more refreshing temperature than the ocean during the day. The rooms are very new and comfortable with a lovely ocean view."

"Beautiful hotel with a magnificent view of the beach and its turquoise waters. The breakfast is good, and so is the restaurant. The staff is lovely! A few things to note, however: the sheets were stained; the cottages are pretty and unique but infested with ants and mosquitoes; the mosquito net provided had holes."

"The room is super comfy. I’m satisfied with double bed, clean sheets, shower with good water pressure, quick boiling kettle. They provide everything good and comfortable. No mention beach is around, you can spend a day chill and soak in the sun and swim. Convenient stores and restaurants are walking distance. Highly recommended."

"Very nice hotel with clean rooms and pool area, a respectable pool side menu for food and drinks, a 7-11 directly opposite the hotel. Less than a 5 minute walk to all the bars, restaurants and beach so close enough to walk to everything but not so in the middle of everything that you cant sleep at night. They do significantly hike up the price of the rooms for the full moon party night but you can understand it, every hotel does the same. If I ever visit Koh Phangang again I would stay here"

"Recommend for full moon party trip. 5 mins walk to Haad Rin and the pier. There are many local Thai restaurants nearby."

"Beautiful property and very clean. The view from the restaurant and pool area is amazing especially watching the sun set. I had a problem with my door not locking and the staff fixed it immediately. I had some reservations about the vegan food on offer but it turned out really tasty especially the felafel pita sandwich. They have a pool party on regularly but don’t worry about the noise as it wraps up by 10pm and you can have a quiet sleep. Just watch out for the steep hill to access the property if you are going on foot but the hotel can organise a taxi"

"The scenery around the hotel is beautiful, with the sea just outside the door, and the environment is very good. It's about ten minutes walk away from the beach of the full moon party. Breakfast is ok. It feels good outside. It doesn't work when you enter the room. The facilities are old, the air conditioner remote control doesn't work well, and there are several stains on the sheets. I had to cover half of the quilt under the cushion."
