"We selected a waterfront room and it was wonderful. We loved the room and the views. However, we found very uncomfortable that upon arrival there was a topless woman with her boobs out which is really bad for a couple to have that view when looking at the beach - so maybe, since it is a small beach that’s part of the resort, topless or nudity should not be allowed. The service was also impeccable as well as the food. Our tip: place a bucket in front of the front door so we can fill it with water to clean our feet from the beach sand before entering the room. Our room was always full of sand inside. Another long term change that could be considered is the mattress quality - it is quite hard and not so comfortable. Otherwise, everything in this hotel was perfect: food, room, service, super calm, cleanliness, etc. My husband and I would surely come back!"

Quirky room but a bit too dark.Fab as immediate access to the pool from the room
Housekeeping did not come in during our 3 night stay. They just left clean towels, water , tea coffee outside the room.
They did not empty the toilet paper bin either.

"We love it here. Our room 5115 was up on the mountain and we got both side of the view. Super windy up there like all the time. The breakfast was awesome. Eventho its on the top of the hill but they provide free shuttle van almost most of the time. Can go to the beach and town easily.
Everything was great except on our last day, i found out someone was using my hair comb as i noticed different hair color on it. We had room service everyday so I thought idk…. What else they did idk, or used some of my perfume or skincare product or hair product idk. Should not have this issue bcs will effect our trust on the resort.
Overall it was fantastic and will come back for the view❤️"

"This hotel is conveniently located right at the heart of the island, only 200m away from Tonsai Pier, Loh Dalum beach, McDonald's, etc. The hotel owner and his staff is very friendly and helpful. We were even surprised to receive coupons for free lunch buffet at a nearby restaurant. The rooms were a bit smaller than we expected and without windows but it was no big issue since we got all the basic amenities and they were very clean. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning to visit Phi Phi"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Great staff and location. Everything is close by! Not on the mountain. We were met at the pier and escorted absolutely free of charge. At our request, we were moved to another room, larger and with two beds. We made friends with Chen from the reception. A responsive and very kind guy.
Amazing island, unforgettable impressions, great excursions. The beauty of nature is off the charts! Shows on the island every day and everything is two steps from the hotel.
We will definitely come back!"

"The location is just perfect,the resort sits right on the beach,sun loungers were available and the restaurant overlooked the beach and sea.our room was partial sea view also with garden views which were stunning,we were quite high up so it could be a bit of hike for some tho a buggy is available.we had a large balcony which was nice to relax on and take in the stunning views,the paintwork could do with a re-fresh as it had peeled due to the sun.the breakfast was pretty good,although there wasn’t any hot Thai vegetarian dishes but still plenty of choices.the staff were really friendly and efficient,we asked at reception one evening for extra coffee and it was at our room before we were!I would happily stay here again,if there was one thing to be improved I would say they need more vegetarian choices in the restaurant & at breakfast.but otherwise a lovely peaceful stay away from the bustle of phi phi."

"The hotel is very good and has almost everything you will need. A couple of things they can improve :-
1. The breakfast did not suit me. I like a banana and muesli in the morning. It was not available although the banana was at an extra fee. I ended up bringing my own food and just used the bowls/ hot water etc.
2. My wife wanted an extra blanket which was available for an extra 200 baht. We have never come across this extra charge for a blanket before however extra pillows are gratis.
3. Noise was occasionally an issue with call to prayer calls and the odd slamming door.
4. Location is very close to the pier which is good for access to ferries and longboats. Nothing is very far away but the good swimming beach is the other side of the isthmus.

"I want you all to listen to me, if you have kids this is the hotel that you need to take your family to. It's clean there's no rock and roll noise at night. As a father who brought his family here to play this is the only hotel that I found that was the best one. Don't risk taking your family to other places that have loud music and terrible smells. This hotel was the most amazing hotel I've seen on this island and I've been to this island five times. The rooms were outstanding they were fantast and so comfortable"

"The breakfast was great, there is complimentary water at reception, the pool and private beach part was amazing, room was nicer in person just a bit run down in parts of it but all minor, AC didn’t work properly & when I asked them to look at it it wasn’t fixed. Also felt like I was bothering the lady at reception when I asked my room to be cleaned, I asked for my sheets to be cleaned and they said yes & never did it. But they did the second day thankfully. 😅 nice budget hotel overall!"

AAnonymous UserThis hotel has mixed reviews . I stayed there at the end of August and I’d say it’s not too bad or that different from nearby hotels . The hotel is right by Long Beach beach , they have a small pool by the entrance. They have a restaurant and a bar just next door. The room was nice and big the only downside was the shower , it was old and rusty but quite clean . I think they just need to do a few renovations. It wasn’t loud pretty peaceful and the breakfast on the second day was nice too. The staff is very very nice and always ready to help you with anything. They sent a water taxi to bring me to the hotel from the pier and take me back after I checked out. They also helped me book my speedboat to Phuket. Honestly the only bad thing is that it’s a bit old. The bathroom needs serious help . No bad smells and only saw one single gecko the whole time I was there . I’d probably stay there again when I have a travel buddy .

LLingling Loves CoffeeIf you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with a private beach, delicious food and waking up with a sea view: this is the right place.
We stayed for 3 nights, it was like landing on paradise.
The hotel has their own long tail boats with pick up service from Phi phi island port.
Breakfast: sweet and savory
Lunch: menu a la carte with Thai dishes and western options
Dinner: menu a la carte + fresh fish of the day
If you feel like hiking you can do it directly from the hotel and reach a viewpoint.
Our room didn’t have aircon but it’s quite chilly at night so it was perfect.
Snorkeling is possible right near the beach, you see the same fish (blue and yellow, some very colorful..) near other islands just not as many.
The hotel offers daily trips, very well organized, we took a one day trip to Maya Beach, Bamboo island.. highly recommend!
On Saturday night there was a fire show: it was absolutely wonderful!

GGuest UserAnita Resort is under reconstruction. So they blocked the way to the standard rooms block at the northern corner. The borders have to make a detour through the pool and reach to the three storied standard room building. The ground floor of that building is entirely messed up by the removed used materials and living of the workers. Due to the monsoon rain the entire block is covered by the bad smell of decomposed materials. There is insufficient light on the roads to reach to that block, otherwise stopped by cautionary words. The adjacent two storied building is a slum that violated privacy of the borders of the first and second floors of standard rooms block. Requested to change the room, the managerial lady asked compensatory money or asked the borders to leave her hotel. This was a rude proposition for the borders to Phi Phi Island for the first time. There is no telephone in the room and the boarders found none after continuously phoning the manager lady. The receptionist ladies were sober and kind, but not the one who picks up the mobile calls only unseen, she could be manager or the owner, we didn’t know. Yes the break fast was good and the location of the hotel was good too.

SSitiFThe check in and check out process was easy and smooth, we were charged 1000 baht for deposit. It took about 10 mins walk from the jetty to the hotel. They even have a private beach area which is not as crowded as the other areas in the island. The staff even helped to bring our luggage to the jetty as we had 4 hours to spare before our ferry departure, so we managed to stroll around the island without having to carry our luggage along with us. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The stay and the cleanliness of the room was great considering the cheap rate.

GGuest UserThe size of the villas were moderately good. Resort location was the best, I’ll say - in one sentence, close to the town, far from the chaos. But what challenging was the room location. Ours was a deluxe villa and those villas include too much uphill walk to the room. And its very easy to get lost among the puzzling roads towards the villas. The decoration wasn’t anything extraordinary. Moderate decoration, oldish vibe, not modern. They could’ve done better with the washroom I think considering the price. The breakfast was nice. I loved the coffee machine the most about it. Made me good hot chocolate! The view from the resort was nice, even some rock formations was just infront to sit upon.

Walk out of hotel pool in front then the beach and free to use sun beds. Booked a 3hr tour at the guy next door very good left early it gets busy. Bar on the beach very friendly. For the price good location clean and friendly but it is old photos on the site were probably taken a while ago. 👍

TTW2024Got room D5 for a family of 3 adults. Very beautiful view of the sea and mountain from the outdoor pool. Large room with windows on 2 sides, 1 large bed and 1 small bed, electric kettle, refrigerator, 3 bottles of water (800ml each). Can see people walk pass on the street next to the resort. Large balcony. Room and resort are old, quiet, relaxing and good enough for a short stay. The bathroom needs a serious cleaning because it is old and has not been cleaned properly. The photo having large rocks is taken near the resort. On the left of our balcony is the beach where they have music and fire dance until late. I slept well because I’m familiar with loud noise. At home in Thailand, the Wat nearby has ceremonies with loud speaker very often.
