Enjoy the the wide open spaces away from the hustle and bustle of the city.The Country Penthouse is an oasis located on an entirely separate level of our home with its own outside dedicated entrance. The entire level is dedicated to you and your guests. We will not enter the space anytime during your stay.The bedroom features a pillow topped queen bed with two night stands, two lamps with USB charging ports and a ceiling fan. There is also a twin bed, chest of drawers and chair for your luggage on the adjacent side of the bedroom.The living room features a loveseat, storage ottoman with flip top, accent chair, end table and lamp with USB charging port. The beautifully repurposed armoire has an adjustable mounted smart tv (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+), coffee maker (w/coffee, creamer, sweeteners, cups, and straw stirrers), mini refrigerator, microwave, paper plates and plasticware. The dining/workspace is next to the living room with two chairs. The balcony is just off the living room and fills the space with natural light during the day. There is a small walk in closet next to the balcony with plenty of hangers, extra storage, extra supplies and an oscillating fan.The bathroom features a standup tile shower, vanity sink with extra storage drawers, towels and some essential toiletries.Guests will enjoy the entire second level with a private entrance, deck and balcony to themselves.We ask that you respect the lower deck, carport and workshop as our families private areas. A Keurig and drip coffee maker are provided along with coffee and other coffee essentials. You and your guests can take advantage of the spacious accommodations and enjoy your meal at the custom farm table and hand-made live-edge cedar breakfast bar! These areas are great locations to plug in your laptop should you need to be connected during your stay. New mattresses and soft bedding await to help ensure you get a great night's sleep. Everything you sit on or sleep in is brand new to the home!The bathroom will be fully stocked with fresh bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hairdryer to make your stay as convenient as possible. Laundry is also located inside the home. We simply ask our guests bring their own laundry detergent. We will also provide a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels for your convenience.Just up the hill behind the house, you will find the beautifully designed fire pit illuminated with dreamy string lighting. This is our favorite spot to take in the breathtaking sunsets you can witness while on the farm. Starter wood is provided and located in the barn right next to the fire pit.Also outside, a two-car carport provides easy access to the house. The flat, manicured front and back lawn are wonderful areas for the family and children to get out and play!Our family farm is next door, and we host this property as a family as well.
