Outside there is plenty of room to park not only your vehicles but your trailers too, so don't forget the machines! Staying with the rustic, off grid feel of enjoying the northwoods the Hemlock has a beautiful, heated, well lit outhouse, shower/sauna house and 4-6 person hot tub. The wet Sauna features cedar benches to comfortably seat 4-6 adults, wood burning stove topped with rocks for steam when heated up, temp/humidity thermostat to make sure you have the best balance of heat and humidity after a long day out in the woods. Lake Lucerne is a pristine 1000-acre full recreation lake. After a day of enjoying the lake or attending the Crandon Brush Run you can relax in the 8-person Hot Tub! Lounge on the massive deck and watch the sunset or sit around a campfire just rite for making smores! The hot tub is maintained on an as needed basis. This means that from time to time the maintenance person will be checking on the tub to make sure that the chemical balance is correct. You will be asked to add chemicals after using the tub to assure its cleanliness. The tub is intended for registered guests only. For safety and insurance reasons the tub and deck area are monitored by video camera. Any recordings are deleted at check out.Check out time is 10:00 am, check in time is 3:00 pm.We are renting to your family and the number of individuals staying in the cottage and using the hot tub should match your reservation.As noted in the VRBO listing the rental rate is for four people. Extra people will be charged $20.00 per day. This is to cover the extra costs of linens, towels, cleaning, hot tub chemicals, utilities and maintenance. The main floor is open concept living with beautiful custom beams on the Cathedral ceiling; old doors have been refurbished into barn doors on the cozy bedrooms; full kitchen with the island having a great view of Lake Metonga. Lower level has an additional sleeping area, full bath with family room having smart TV and fireplace. There is a pier for your boat and firepit that overlooks the lake for evening fires and cooking s'mores. Conveniently located near the public boat landing on the north end of Lake Metonga and within walking distance of the local drive-in and downtown Crandon. Lakeside deck for your morning coffee. There is WIFI, a fireplace and smart TV in both the living room and family room. Our guests have been successful fishing right off the pier and enjoying the many bike trails and nearby area fishing lakes. When the falls leaves begin to turn in September the color is brilliant in this area and Winter ice fishing is super. There are local hiking trails as well as ATV trails.
