If you are looking to enjoy the best of the Sebring Circle, including the many seasonal events and local bars and restaurants, then those are just downstairs. The bedroom has a super comfortable queen bed and the living room features a couch which converts to a queen bed. Their is a large kitchen with the basic necessities and a large 72-inch TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, a large counter space, and large mirrors. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, countertop ice maker, and microwave. Expect coffee, sugar, creamer, spices, and condiments. There is bar seating in the open area between the kitchen and dining area. The Livingroom features views of Circle Park and plenty of seating. This is an older building and there is some wear and tear, giving this apartment a spacious and clean but lived-in feel. Free parking. Parking pass is required. Nearby highlights include: Mon Cirque Wine Bar which hosts regular burlesque shows, soirees, Sebring's annual Pride Fest, and you may even catch a tarot reading there on Friday nights. Lake June is a sandy bottom, fresh water lake know for boating, skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, fishing, and all types of water activities.We provide kayaks, paddleboards, life jackets and a place to dock your boat.Our home is well stocked with towels, beach towels, linens, kitchen supplies.There are 7 bedrooms, 3 of which have bunk beds for the kids, twin/full. The rest of the bedrooms all have new queen matresses.There are plenty of bathrooms too!We have 2 full kitchens and plenty of sitting areas to relax. The home is equipped with 5 smart TVs so you can stream your favorite shows and movies. High speed comcast wifi available for you as well.In the evenings, when you come off the lake, enjoy our game room where you can play pool, ping ping, and darts.For those of you with an EV, we have a Tesla Wall Charger and a Standard Wall Charger, so no worries finding a place to charge your vehicle!We really tried to think of it all and provide the perfect escape!Please note, There are prime weeks during the year where we have a 7 night minimum stay.
