Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed; Bedroom 2: 1 Queen plus 1Twin; Bedroom 3: 1 King; Bedroom 4: 1 Queen plus 1 Twin.  Plus, there are 2 additional fold-up twin beds available in closet of king bedrooms to roll out; linens, blankets & pillows included, all on 2nd floor.  2nd Floor has 2 full bathrooms, one in the Master Bedroom, the 2nd in hallway just outside of bedrooms. On the main floor, for additional sleeping, or for someone not wanting to climb stairs, the living room couch pulls out to a queen bed and the couch in den pulls out to a full bed, technically a 5th bedroom, allowing room for 12 people maximum. Nightly pricing is for 8 guests, however, there is sufficient room for up to 4 additional guests (total 12 guests) for an additional $50/guest/night. Main Floor has a 3rd full bathroom (vanity, toilet, shower unit). Laundry room adjacent with full size washer/dryer; various detergents Included. Please note for guests with mobility issues: There are slightly tricky stairs to get to the main living area both from outside or from the 1st floors circular stairs. There is a outside security camera on the driveway above the Forest Hideaway / Mountain View signs.
