For a house Chef the local Food Lion is well stocked and the modern appliances, including an air fryer, will provide for in-home cooking opportunities should you choose to eat in. A simple gas grill is also provided for your convenience. If you feel like nature watching and/or exploring, the house has direct and full access to the Sound, so bring kayaks ane paddleboards to enjoy, or use our two seater ocean kayak provided! The creek is accessible to small skiffs, jon boats and small center consoles. Also, there are a few local businesses to rent different watercraft from. A short drive up North, in the village of Waves, a few other attractions may provide for a fun-filled day, like Rock climbing, go karts, etc. Avon Fishing Pier has free parking and you can use it to access the beach, fish and sample some good bites at local food trucks.Avid fishermen can choose surfcasting, inlet fishing, ocean fishing at the Pier, sound fishing, or sport fishing offshore for flounder, drum, blues, mackerel, tuna, and more.
