"Chose this hotel for a skiing trip during the Chinese New Year. Apart from the higher prices, everything else was great. The front desk service was excellent. On check-out day, since we were still skiing in the morning, they kindly allowed us to check out at 1 PM after we communicated, giving us time to freshen up. The hotel breakfast was decent, and its location right by the resort's commercial street was perfect. They also offered a lot of complimentary benefits. The resort itself is really fun and interesting. The underfloor heating in the room was fantastic. I heard the room types are similar to those in Switzerland, and the hotel's architectural style also resembles Switzerland. There are shuttle buses within the scenic area, as well as pick-up and drop-off services to and from the station."

"The hotel environment was very cozy, and the room was quite spacious. The customer service staff were incredibly warm and helpful, explaining how to navigate the park and which services could be accessed directly via QR codes on the app. The hotel's back-of-house staff were also wonderful; they knew my family drinks a lot of water and always prepared extra for us in advance. We truly felt at home during our stay. Our child also had a fantastic time at the ski resort. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Changbai Mountain. "The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back."

"I was pretty satisfied with the check-in process. Right at the airport exit, you can spot the Wanda Resort shuttle staff, and the bus is conveniently located nearby in the parking lot. Upon arriving at the MoMo Hotel, you need to download a WeChat mini-program to access the resort's perks. The ski passes for the ski benefits can be obtained right at the entrance, no need to go to the ski town (which gets very crowded). Around the ski town, there are many restaurants (where they usually offer free rides back to the hotel with your purchase) and supermarkets (prices are generally double the normal rate). There's an internal shuttle bus that runs every half hour to all the attractions. Dining and entertainment are pretty much confined to the resort itself; outside, it's quite barren, not as developed as the North Slope area."

The package stated that free ski access was included daily, but we were initially informed it was only valid once. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved, and we received exactly what was published: free ski access throughout our 3-night stay, daily breakfast and dinner, and one rafting experience which was fantastic value. What truly stood out was the level of assistance from the staff (Emily, Sunny and Ada). As someone who relies heavily on Google Translate to communicate in Mandarin, I really appreciated how patient, helpful, and supportive they were throughout our stay. They assisted us every step of the way. Highly recommended."

"I booked tickets for the South Slope, and thought staying here would be convenient. The hotel was excellent, truly great value for money. I was traveling with my parents and children, and we had two rooms in total. My standard room was upgraded to a family room. We had been staying in a guesthouse for two days while sightseeing, so we really needed a good hotel to properly rest. A big hotel is just so much more comfortable and reassuring; it was clean and hygienic, the hot springs were nice, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Before booking, I called to inquire about the distance and travel time to the South Scenic Area, and they patiently answered all my questions and even offered travel advice."

The airport is about a 25-minute drive, and the hotel provides scheduled shuttle services, accommodating even late-night flights, making travel very convenient. The guest rooms are simple yet practical, with a moderate amount of space. The heating is ample, and hot water is consistent. The bedding is comfortable, and both soundproofing and cleanliness are top-notch. Some rooms offer views of the snow-covered mountains, providing a wonderful winter ambiance. There's also a NITRO co-branded floor with distinct ski elements, which younger guests will appreciate. Amenities include a gym and self-service laundry.
