"I had a very satisfying stay. The hotel used to be a Holiday Inn Express, so the decor and facilities are quite standard and a cut above other non-branded hotels. The room was spacious for its price range, soundproofing was excellent, and the air conditioning was quiet. The shower and toilet in the bathroom were separate. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of options, delicious rice noodles, and a self-service coffee machine."

"The hotel environment and facilities are really amazing. On the edge of the scenic spot, it is a separate villa. On the day of check-in, the itinerary was changed and the stay was continued. The bathroom is separated from three, and the room has a small yard that children especially like. The hotel has a go-kart that can be opened casually. The children have a good time in the garden. Check in and send children snacks. I prepared two kinds of wet and dry slippers for the children, which was very intimate. "What can I say, the environment is okay, but the temperature in the room is too high. It is so hot in spring that it is impossible to use the air conditioner. The child's hair got wet from the heat at night, and he pushed off the quilt and got a cold the next day. The refrigerator is a fake decoration. There was actually no security guard on duty at night. It was past 12 o'clock in the morning after a late night snack and the lobby was dark and no one was there. I thought it was closed. It was so scary. After five o'clock in the morning, someone still rang the doorbell randomly and came twice."

I called the front desk dozens of times (for at least half an hour), and repeatedly called through Ctrip, but no one answered. Who would dare stay at a hotel like this again? Note: I absolutely refuse any apology."
