"My stay this time was a pleasant surprise, and I'm not a shill! I have to give it a five-star rating! 1. The location is uniquely advantageous, right on Gangcheng Avenue, adjacent to Poly Plaza, with everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Transportation to all parts of the city is convenient. The hotel's underground parking is connected to the mall, so self-drivers don't have to worry about parking, and there's no exposure to wind or sun, making travel incredibly convenient. 2. The service was impressive. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and smooth, and the staff were polite and enthusiastic, responding quickly to any issues. The hotel is equipped with smart delivery robots, making the service attentive and the overall experience excellent, showing great tact in guest relations. Because my child wanted to see the room in advance, the front desk attendant enthusiastically took us up to see it, even though my reservation hadn't been found at that time. They weren't at all perfunctory. Since the extended service on my order couldn't be used due to late check-in, the front desk even specially sent a fruit platter. The staff delivered the hangers I needed, and even the kettle I left at the front desk during check-in was promptly delivered to my room! 3. Check-in convenience is maximized. There's a 24-hour manned front desk, and you can also check out quickly from your room. Face recognition door access, elevator control, smart room controls, free parking, charging stations, and luggage storage are all available, making it very friendly for both business and family travel. Furthermore, exiting the underground parking is convenient; no need to scan codes or register at the front desk! 4. The room is large, and the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is also good. The room details are very well done. The entire room is clean and tidy, the linens are soft and comfortable, and all sorts of toiletries and facilities are fully prepared. There are many thoughtful small details that need special mention! Because this is one of the few hotels I've stayed in that truly embodies being family-friendly. All facilities in the room have no sharp corners! The washbasin, table, sofa, and even the bedside tables are all rounded! And it's equipped with a sterilizer! You can feel the hotel's attentiveness, making for a relaxing and reassuring stay. Plus, the room has free snacks, beer, and drinks! In short, it's full of thoughtful touches! 5. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including Chinese hot dishes, various pastries, congee, cold salads, fruits, and drinks, catering to both northern and southern tastes. The food is fresh, and the dining environment is clean and bright. Eating a hearty breakfast early in the morning brings a full sense of happiness. And, pay attention! The tables are cleaned very promptly and thoroughly! Breakfast service hours are even extended until 11 AM, which is great for those who had a long day and don't want to rush breakfast the next morning!"

"Big and nice. A bit far from city but very convenient for my stay. Had a restaurant, free dinner and afternoon tea. Breakfast was nice. I asked for pidanzhou (preserved egg in porridge), so they prepared for me in the next morning breakfast. Very touch. I asked to change to non-smoking room, they changed room for me, even though it’s a bit smaller, but at least no smell of cigarette, I could sleep much peacefully. I love the lotion given in the bathroom, in a cold weather, very useful for me since I didn’t bring mine there. Convenient store in front of the hotel, a few vending machine at the lobby. Very convenient."

"This stay at Longkou Grand Hotel · Longgang Branch truly won me over with its attention to detail! Checking in was done via facial recognition, and inside the room, lights and air conditioning were voice-controlled. Even deliveries were brought by robots – talk about high-tech! The biggest surprise was the welcome tea on the first floor. Hot tea, fruit, pastries, and desserts. It was lovely to sit down and relax before checking in, and all the travel fatigue just melted away. At 9 PM, there's even a late-night diner with complimentary wontons and beef noodles. Plus, free laundry and drying, and foot-soaking tubs. Every single detail shows how much thought they put into it. Front desk staff Luan Zhenyao and Wang Na were also incredibly helpful and patient in answering my questions. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Longkou!"

"Excellent hotel — definitely the best hotel experience of my entire China trip across 3 provinces! The room was beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room included many premium features such as a refrigerator with complimentary drinks, automatic curtains, and even a heated toilet seat. The breakfast was also excellent. As a Muslim traveler, I was initially confused about what food was halal and was only eating fruits. One of the hotel staff members kindly came to help me identify halal foods, allowing me to enjoy a much wider variety of delicious breakfast items. Their kindness and hospitality truly touched me. Before I left, they even gifted me two famous Yantai apples to enjoy on the road — such a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommended for both comfort and hospitality. I would gladly stay here again."

"The hotel has a good location, but the facilities are a bit outdated. I stayed for three nights and was generally satisfied with the room service. The reason I deducted three points for service is related to the Chinese restaurant and the person who identified himself as Manager Qu at the front desk. The Chinese restaurant stopped serving diners around 7 PM. When I inquired about the restaurant's opening hours at the front desk, Manager Qu was sarcastic and dismissive. Not only did I not get to eat, but I was also berated, which was infuriating."
