"Excellent location, right next to the bus station for Sanqing Shan, with lots of shops and restaurants around. Super Ming is especially good for loading up on supplies before climbing up Sanqing Shan. The hotel is brand new, with large, nice rooms, a very good breakfast, and free laundry facilities. At the front desk, we could count on 九妹 to help us in any possible ways and facilitate our trip to Sanqing Shan. Since we spent to nights there, the hotel agreed to keep our luggage for free while we were camping in the mountains. The first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarettes, but the staff efficiently moved us to another one. However, be aware that the non-smoking policy is lightly enforced: during our second check-in, some guests were smoking in the lobby and the staff did not intervene."

"The hotel is new. The hotel cards were so beautiful, but there were zero reviews, that I doubted it even existed until the very end. I took a chance and booked it, afraid I wouldn't find it in the mountains. They immediately contacted me on WeChat and sent me step-by-step instructions on how to find it. The views are exactly like the photos, it's like being in ”The Lord of the Rings.” The hotel staff are very attentive and kind; they'll come in a minute, even at night, if I have a question. Where English isn't available, they always shared a translator with me. People used to be wary of hotels near the mountain park, saying that the staff is reluctant to understand English. This hotel, then, is an exception – a paragon of service. Aesthetics inside and out, cleanliness throughout, and nothing but pleasant, thoughtful attention. We gave them a birthday present, and I have no idea where they found flowers that evening on the mountain. There's one caveat about the food: it's Chinese, so it's best to check in advance how long the chef is in the kitchen. You definitely won't go completely hungry, but don't expect a European buffet either. There was information about a buffet somewhere, but we had a classic Chinese breakfast with no choice (I've attached a photo). We lived on wontons, Chinese noodles with pork, and hamburgers, because we don't like gastronomic experiments. We'll be back again, and if we're in Sanqingshan, we'll only come here ❤️"

"The room amenities were excellent. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, were all incredibly warm and friendly, providing impeccable service. A special highlight was the hotel proactively arranging a shuttle service to the mountain gate cable car and even providing complimentary water and hiking poles. Breakfast was available, and while the selection wasn't extensive, it was perfectly satisfying."

"A rare gem of a small hotel on our trip. We were passing by Mount Sanqing and booked the Cloud Hotel specifically because of the heavy rain and fog. We spent an afternoon in the room, watching the clouds swirl and a stream cascading down the cliff. It truly lived up to its name, 'Cloud Hotel'. The light luxury style with smart home features throughout felt like incredible value for money. When we left, I even 'borrowed' a book I'd been wanting to read but hadn't had a chance to look at. Happy days! 😊"

"Coming from Inner Mongolia with my kids and elderly parents, this hotel was a fantastic find. Its location is superb, right near the Jinsha cableway, and the service was absolutely amazing. Hiking was exhausting, but the hotel provided such a comforting atmosphere. Our room was clean and cozy, and we all got some really good rest. A special shout-out to the young lady at the front desk with glasses – her smile was incredibly sweet, she was so patient and just radiated warmth. She definitely deserves a promotion and a raise!"

"The room's location is excellent, and the family room type is perfect for those traveling with children. The hotel is thoughtful; they provide a very generous supply of disposable toiletries, including disposable bath and hand towels. The breakfast is standard, and the staff are incredibly friendly and proactive, offering to explain routes. The lobby also offers free hiking poles for use. However, definitely DO NOT take their recommendation to use the Outer Shuangxi cable car for both ascent and descent! Unless you are a super-stair-climbing warrior!! Luckily, I bought a ticket for the Hongshou cable car. It's a 40-minute taxi ride from the hotel, and the cable car ride was super smooth. After that, it was just walking, walking, and more walking. Coming down from Outer Shuangxi to catch the cable car involved an insane number of stairs in the middle of the journey!!! I genuinely admire everyone who climbed up after getting off that cable car!!! Once you get off the cable car, the hotel is right there below."
